Aptech — certificate not received

I was a student of aptech, kamla nagar.
Its all abt 2 yrs dat my course ACPA & ACWD has been completed n yet my certificate has not been issued to me...They always make excuses and keep giving me dates and dates and that date will never came for them n many tyms i called to anshul sir bt not responding to my calls and messages now...I am bearing loss of not getting the job due to certificate since 2 yrs... I continuously calling them but they are not responding. Kindly help me, i need my certificate for job as soon as possible...
