Aptech cheated me for past 10 months they are not conducting my exam and give certification because the branch which I joined was closed also they received amount from third party which aptech did not mention the third party is ABL associates both have cheated me with amount of RS.1, 30, 500

My self Zaheer Abbas and I was a student[protected] of Aptech Computer Education, Cuddapah, Andhra pradesh.
My Diploma(DISM) was not issued Itried to reach Aptech Centre unfortunately there is no institute exist.

Here I am requesting to kindly Reissue my Diploma(DISM).

I was asked by the Lakme Academy to make the payment by January 31 because they were offering me a 50% discount. I asked them to give me 3 months because I had to serve a notice period at my office but they insisted I pay the fees in January and start the course from March or April, I trusted them and paid the amount upfront. Due to Covid I was left jobless and could not pursue my course, I waited till they re opened but it was too late and I am facing financial difficulty. I wrote to the customer care and sent many emails to the management team of both Lakme Academy and Aptech but no positive response. They did not care about my situation, they asked their officials to call me and convince me to join the program saying refund was not an option. I haven't even attended one single class. I was contacted by a senior at Lakme and she tried to convince me to join the classes, I insisted on a refund and she gave me the regional head's number. I called him and he told me he will try his best to get me a refund and to give him one day's time. I call him after two days only to find that he has blocked my number. Is this the type of service Lakme Academy and Aptech is going to offer? I need my refund because after this behaviour I am not going to re think my entry in this academy.

I hirav joshi joined as a faculty in march 2020 in aptech sayajigunj branch. Aptech sayajigunj branch offer me 15k salary. I travel for more then 140 km daily for this job. But after 10 days to joining mr. Maksud sir tell me that our branch head decides to leave me on my jobs. I asked for give me atleast 1 month notice period but mr. Maksud sir not give me any notice period and leave on same month that i have joining. After that i was request to mr. Maksud sir to give me current month salary then he said yes but after 20 days of march branch was closed because of corona virus. After i request to mr. Maksud sir for give only 20 days salary he committed and committed not pay after more then 2 months.

I have no job today because of they cheat me also not pay my salary. I just want 10k salaty that i worked on 20 days nothing else but he talk with me rudely and say not pay to me. I was complaint on mumbai branch they said me aptech sayajigunj branch is not active.

Today i have no job and money of this critical situation.

Myself sujit gupta got admitted in this institute of janakpuri branch for tally classes after consulting with their staaff for classes on saturday and sunday as i was working.. And fees was rs 10000 for whole course.. But after giving 2 or 3 classes they discontinued to provide tge classes and told that to come on qorking days which was not possible for me to come as i was working... They have taken rs 5000 from me and not providing claases and also not responding...

We were asked to pay rupees 73k at the time of admission but then i got a mail of 63k and when i asked them about that they said its for infrastructure cause we have advance module and for computer use and onlinevarsity charges 2nd problem is they don't have trained teachers and they have limited rooms to teach and this results in delay in our course its been 4 to 5mnths and i have only done msoffice and most importantly then have also done a fraud

Previous month i gave them a cheque of my installments and they said cheque has bounced and they showed me cheque with r return on it and writing was not done by bank it was done by aptech only and they took 350rs fine also

I visited aptech learning's kharghar branch on 22 june 2019 for inquiry about aviation courses for my son. The manager there gave us some information about course but then persuaded us into joining the course saying new batch will start from 24th june 2019 and didn't even gave us time to think about the decision. She even took 5000rs form us for registration without giving receipt. But now due to some financial problems it wont be possible for him to join the classes. So we said same to the manager at the aptech institute kharghar but they refused to refund our 5000 rs. We also complained same to head office, still there is no reply.

I am a student of Aptech, Janakpuri New Delhi center. I enrolled for the Smart Dot Net program. I had requested to change my existing faculty because his concept is not understandable for me. I had tried a lot of time and wait for a long time, he will improve his technique. But overall, it is not acceptable for me. I have discussed with concern person in Institute but they are denying to change it. They are giving force to continue with the existing trainer. For which I am not ready. I have filled student complaint forum at Aptech web portal but until I have not got any revert from them. My student id is Student1186128 & COC no. COC_546319. I am ready to join other Aptech Institute to complete my course. I had paid all the dues.

I had ordered the kw8x model from the website, but have received an entirely different model which is not even listed among the product list.
The delivered product seems a cheap made one, and when i tried to contact the customer care during their business hours the number is switched off.
It is such a bad experience by purchasing a product from ur site.. The product u r showing in ur advertisement is different and u sent me different i[censored] don’t respond me back i will go to complaint against you

I am the student of arena animation dadar. Roll no student1033010. I paid fees for flame course in 2017, still they have not started my course. Its almost 2 years. There is no setup here of autodesk flame. If there is no setup how can they sell such a course? I tell started telling my problem since 4 months but they are giving me dates. Now i don't want that course because its too late i just want refund of my fees. Argent.

I have done the course of ORACLE which includes 4 modules from the aptech computer education mazgaon (Mumbai).after finishing the course I would have got 4 certificates of ORACLE but when i got my certificate, it was some another course certificate written as 'Data management (SQL server).I approached to the head of institute too but he told me that this certificate includes all 4 modules which you have done but in reality this certificate is of some other course. Please help me out from this situation as much as fast. I belong to the middle class family. the certificate I got costs only 7, 000 - 11, 000 where as the ORACLE course which I have done costs 60, 000 (4 modules).

I have already paid for my c and c+ course.. But the faculty is not available and the incharge of bandra branch vinayak.. Is not giving me any batches and keeps telling us to call after few weeks. I need my certificates and want to complete my course! The incharge has been telling me he will call me and let me know about the batches and teachers but nothing of that happens, instead whenever i call he tells he is busy and will call in sometime which never happen. All i want is just to complete my course and get my certificates, for which i have already paid. Please help me with this

We have purchase the pack of sulekha in the month of october and they have promised us that they will provide the proper and assured leads with that they said they will replace the lead which are not receiving the call, S.O., not interested, still we didnt got any revert from Sulekha.
Also they gave us less leads.

After approx 15 to 20 days your sayajigunj division arranged the new faculty (Farheen madam) for me and again i start the class. From first day farheen madam saw me only videos and just give me information about android coding. When i (Jignesh patel) request to farheen madam for develop the project and run this code, then always madam has facing the errors and some errors she can’t the solved.

After few days i (Jignesh patel) was contact to your sayajigunj division head (Maksud sir) and told everything (Starting from inquiry to till now). Then maksud sir told me (Jignesh patel) that"send me (Maksud sir) email with attached your (Jignesh patel) requirements then i (Maksud sir) will decide". Then i (Jignesh patel) was send email to maksud sir with attached all my (Jignesh patel) requirements on 26 oct 2018. After check my (Jignesh patel) email, maksud sir told me (Jignesh patel) that"it’s our (Aptech sayajigunj division) inquiry madam's fault. So as per your (Jignesh patel) special requirements farheen madam will teach you (Jignesh patel) everything and your (Jignesh patel) main two requirements will teach you (Jignesh patel) by another sir on saturday and sunday. Then i (Jignesh patel) again started the class.

After few days maksud sir change my (Jignesh patel) course content (Basic android course instead of professional android development). Then again i (Jignesh patel) contact to maksud sir and told to maksud sir about change my course content (Basic android course instead of professional android development). Then maksud sir told me (Jignesh patel) that "this course content is just for student and i (Maksud sir) covered all your (Jignesh patel) requirements". Then again i start the class.

After few days farheen madam told me (Jignesh patel) that "she (Farheen madam) teach me (Jignesh patel) only basic course content. So again i (Jignesh patel) was contact to maksud sir and told to him (Maksud sir) that"farheen madam doesn't teach me (Jignesh patel) professional android course". And again i told to maksud sir about everything (Starting from inquiry to till now). And maksud sir told me (Jignesh patel) that"another faculty (Sir) will teach me (Jignesh patel) some topics (As per my (Jignesh patel) requirements) on saturday and sunday that mentioned below.

The topics (My (Jignesh patel) requirements) which teach by another sir are :

When i (Jignesh patel) told to your madam (Farheen madam) that "i (Jignesh patel) can't understand this videos. Please teach me (Jignesh patel) by develop this android coding in android studio. When your madam (Farheen madam) developed that coding in android studio, everytime she (Farheen madam) facing lots of errors and she (Farheen madam) can't solve that errors. Also your madam (Farheen madam) was not teaching me any content of my requirement. Maksud sir is biggest liar and maksud sir is going to take aptech computer education's reputation down.

So i (Jignesh patel) request to you for solve my problems and teach me as per my requirements (That is discuss at time of inquiry and for that i was paid additional fees) or give me (Jignesh patel) refund 17000 fees. Because i (Jignesh patel) was joined the class on terms of tech me (Jignesh patel) as per my (Jignesh patel) requirements and finish professional android development course within 1 (One) month. But your sayajigunj division (Maksud sir) was not teach me professional android development course in one month. First few days only teach me some of the core java content. And many more days maksud sir has no any faculty to teach me. So first month your sayajigunj division (Maksud sir) was doing time pass with me.

So again i (Jingesh patel) request to you “please solve my problem and teach me as per my requirements (That is discuss at time of inquiry and for that i was paid additional fees) or give me (Jignesh patel) refund 17000 rupees fees.

I paid 17500 rs for softpro android for my sister and my sister attended only 2 lectures. She want to discontinue admission, so i called branch manager to check on the refund policy. He says the please send an email so that you wont get botbere for further installs and you paid fees is non refundable because he tells that my sister has already recevd email login credentials which she hasn't recvd on mail. When i said that to them they say that email id written is wrong which is false cause i was present when form was filled. They disconnected call twice in the middle of conversation being afraid at fault.

Now i dont know where to find justice as fees paid is a very big amount.

Sorry to disturb u but i myself was a student of aptech and i got the materials from your aptesh computer education but now students of konnagar branch hooghly district are not being issued the materials for studying when we asked for it they say that we are making you write in your copies but as u are taking the whole payment then why not materials being issued.

I completed my web development application in February this year from aptech institution Ahmedabad. They told me that your certificates will given to you in 15 days but till date i didn't received any certificate. I continuously calling them but they are not responding. I tried calling to your customer service number but its also busy. Kindly help me, i need my certificate for job.

Company tell for create id 10-15 days but i have completed my papers and amount 16 may. complany members not answering properly i have call many times he says technical issue . id not generate. and how much time taking for create id company not giving answer. i tell him to company landline no. for talking head of company. company employees not provide how can i believed company is legal or not
