Aptech Solution — Aptech solution-Demanding payment citing agreement by fraud and harassment

This whole issue started on May 26, 2020, when I accepted online work from Aptech solution. Aptech solution is supposedly a company based in Gujarat. They give you a project of 100 pages of image files. This content in the image files needs to be typed in notepad and they promise to pay you 180 Rs for each page. Once you submit the project, they send QA reports. However, in their workload agreement, they have mentioned that a penalty of 6999 Rs needs to be paid to them if the accuracy of work is below 80%. In my case, I submitted my project on the 7th day and received my first QA, which evaluated my work with 78% accuracy. They said that as I have not met the required accuracy % I have to pay 5000 Rs as a performance guarantee amount to qualify for re-submitting the work after correcting those mistakes. They mentioned that this performance guarantee amount is refundable. I did not pay because the whole thing now felt like a scam to me. Why should I pay 5000 Rs just to make a few corrections? They could just deduct the amount from the total 18000 they had promised me on completion of the work. You could argue that I have signed an agreement but look at it from a common-sense point of view and it is clear that this is a scam. This company is using an absurd agreement to cheat Indian citizens of their money by blackmailing them. The next day I got a call from Aptech threatening me of the dire consequences as I have signed an agreement with them. They keep harassing me through phone calls. I understand that there are several people like me who have not only lost their time typing to100 pages but many even got tricked and lost their money.
Please take action against these people.How can such daylight robbery and subsequent harassment be allowed?
