I had taken an amc for rs 5180 just yesterday
A lady calls up and tells she is from eureka forbes and sends a man to sell the amc.

He did something.. But the water was draining out the entire day
I made a complaint to their help line but no one turns up to repair it

I tried calling the man on his mobile from which he had called but that number is an invalid number

Why do these crooks get away with this frauds... Why are the authorities silent... I want a refund of the money i paid them... They promised they would send the man who came to sell the amc but no one turns up... How come eureka forbes remain when some other agency does business in their name.. I am going to go the the police if they do not refund my money paid asap.. The man did not do his work properly when after taking the amc we request the free service they do not turn up...
