I logged a service request on 22 Nov 2018. An agent - name Adesh ([protected]) - who first checked the RO and then suggested to replace the entire kit. He then suggested to install kit of Aqua Fresh w. While doing the service, we disabled one of the functionality of RO purifier.
He then installed a water purifier kit at price of Rs. 4000 in which he committed to install outside water filter as well and correct the functionality of my water purifier which he disconnected at the time of installation. Also, 4 free service was also included. He gave us a bill as well and took service charges as well.
Since then I have called him so many times and used to do regular follow-up about when will he install the water filter and correct the functionality which he did cut-off at the time of service, but he always make lame excuses and never appear a single day till date. From last few days, even normal is due so I am calling him continuously for service but I am getting same response.
Today, when I called same agent for service then he did not pick up the phone and then I tried all the numbers mentioned on bill and not even a single one is working.
