I've been calling for installation since a week and they're behaving so rude no replies, no answer to calls n if they pick, then cut by using harsh words have to return the item since can't open it nor be installed by self local serviceman. Worst service ever more than worst....

I logged a service request on 22 Nov 2018. An agent - name Adesh ([protected]) - who first checked the RO and then suggested to replace the entire kit. He then suggested to install kit of Aqua Fresh w. While doing the service, we disabled one of the functionality of RO purifier.

He then installed a water purifier kit at price of Rs. 4000 in which he committed to install outside water filter as well and correct the functionality...

Dear Sir, I have purchased a Aqua Fresh RO+UV on September 2014 but after purchasing it there is always problem of water over flowing and machine i defective from the day one . My machine serial no WMS[protected]. I have talked with the dealer they are not able to repair it . The machine has been purchased on EMI loan but if my Rs1599 everymonth . If you do not repair the machine and replace it within 15 days I will be bound to stop...

I have purchase the Aqua Fresh RO water purifier from Parima Chandigarh on 8th Nov.2010.
