Aqua Fresh — over flowing of purifier

Dear Sir, I have purchased a Aqua Fresh RO+UV on September 2014 but after purchasing it there is always problem of water over flowing and machine i defective from the day one . My machine serial no WMS[protected]. I have talked with the dealer they are not able to repair it . The machine has been purchased on EMI loan but if my Rs1599 everymonth . If you do not repair the machine and replace it within 15 days I will be bound to stop my payment .
