[Resolved] Aqua Pure Plus Pvt Ltd — After sales service | |||
I ordered for r. O. Plant 3 months ago when i visited the trade center. The installation was done in the same day for getting the full payment. Same speed was not shown in the servicing of the plant. After many calls for 2 months a person came for checking for the tds of the water. I was shocked to see that without atds merter he tasted the water and told it is ok. It's very much shame to the company for not having the fundamental tds meter for checking the quality of water. Worst customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
