While selling the products you said two year guarantee and warranty.
I purchased the machine on 18.6.2017. Suddenly no output of water
On 11 th june 2018 i complained the service person
came and attended.
He told he has to change three candles and i had to pay each rs.450/-
Which i told the guarantee period is there they have to change free of cost.
But he said spare parts we have to pay. With much argument i paid for
Candles-two. Here i fail to understand what is the guarantee for. Except
One small motor and five candles nothing
inside the machine. While
Selling they said free service and candle changing free during the guarantee
Period. Will you please explain. Do not cheat the customers just to sell
