Softener purchased on 30th Oct'21, installation completed after 5 days. End of Nov'21, technician visited for regeneration. There was continuous water leakage and since then the product is not usable, technician informed softener is faulty and valve needs to be replaced. After continuous follow-up, technician visited on 2nd Feb'22 and informed issue is fixed. However, after he left the water leakage started again. Product was usable for only 3 weeks after installation and is still not usable after paying a 22k when installed.
