      Softener purchased on 30th Oct'21, installation completed after 5 days. End of Nov'21, technician visited for regeneration. There was continuous water leakage and since then the product is not usable, technician informed softener is faulty and valve needs to be replaced. After continuous follow-up, technician visited on 2nd Feb'22 and informed issue is fixed. However, after he left the water leakage started again. Product was usable for only 3 weeks after installation and is still not usable after paying a 22k when installed.

        The water is leaking out and it does not filter the water and no water is coming

          Pathetic service.

          After installing about 1 month back, no one have come to even check if it is working or not.
          The softner is not working and is not giving soft water.

          I have raised formal complaint 15 days back and still following with the customer service to send the engineer. I would have made almost 100 calls to the sales person but no response. The only response is "i have told the engineer, engieer will come today etc" but nothing and noone have come.

          I want their md phone no to escalate it and take back the product and provide me the money back.
          Can someone send me the company's md mobile.

          Pathetic service.

            While selling the products you said two year guarantee and warranty.
            I purchased the machine on 18.6.2017. Suddenly no output of water
            On 11 th june 2018 i complained the service person came and attended.
            He told he has to change three candles and i had to pay each rs.450/-
            Which i told the guarantee period is there they have to change free of cost.
            But he said spare parts we have to pay. With much argument i paid for
            Candles-two. Here i fail to understand what is the guarantee for. Except
            One small motor and five candles nothing inside the machine. While
            Selling they said free service and candle changing free during the guarantee
            Period. Will you please explain. Do not cheat the customers just to sell

              I had received a call for service of water purifier one day, for which one person had attended the call at home the next day, he had told that a few products like the filters had been wearing off and hence need to be changed, which was followingly changed for my eureka forbes water purifier with aquapure plus products, is this correct and do they even had the right to do this?
              Why does aqua pure plus company take on service for other company products are the legally bond to do so?

              I bought a Nano pure RO purifier. Four years before.

              Just wanted to share my positive feedback on the product and service

              It is an excellent product with no down time. To add the regular service was excellent, without calling them.

              I recommend to all this product and especially Aqua pure plus service.

                I purchased nova model aqua pure plus filters in september 2017 and the filter did not work after 7 months. Then after repeated complaints they changed all the filters at extra cost of rs 2225. Please do not believe the 1 or 2 years warranty given by this company. They charge you extra for each and everything. They are least bothered about the customers.

                  Unable to contact any of customer care desk and long back i was successful in contacting and was told they will send a tech who will help me in fixing the purifier but he dint turn up at all inspite of calling them several times hopeless service i would not recommend any of them to purchase this purifier hope this will help me and some one from help desk would call and help

                  I am ASHOK l purchased nano pure model 8years before still quality of the water and taste is good. Also and service provider by Aqua Pure Plus it's very good I strongly recommend my friend circle to go with Aqua Pure Plus NANO PURE model.
                  Aqua Pure plus technician Selva Kanapathi broke pre-filter on 6th dec 2018. He said after few days I will fixed but no one fix the pre-filter. I call customer care they not respond properly and call to Anna nagar manager murugan. He also doing the same . Today 22nd Jan 2018 around 2 month going to over .. Its worst service ..

                    At the time of purchase promised warrenty for two years. Now making excuse as read term and condition. Now guarantee not provided. It was purchased 23-12-17. Now forcing to pay rs. 4000 as replace to parts. The company customer service centre not behaving properly. I also suggest to every one not to purchase any products from this company

                      Their customer care never answers the calls and would only insist to exchange your purifier than sending technicians for service. With their advise i had spent 4000 and installed alkaline filter which spoiled motor in a month's time. It started with a leak from inside and inspite of reporting multiple times, i had never received a response.

                      Today (10/26/2017), i was lucky that they answered my call after trying for almost 3 days and was again insisting to exchange rather than listening to the problem.

                      They send their sales team immediately if there is a lead but never their service technicians.

                        My aqua guard went out of order on 1st october `17. It`s switch was not getting started. I lodged the complaint on 2nd october at their thane branch as i stay at thane and having the annual monthly contact with them. My customer id is [protected]. It was told that the complaint would be attended within 48 hours!! I followed them on 4th oct`17 (After 48 hours) and they sent one number i. E. [protected] with the name that of mr. Amit vithal more. We contact mr more at 5.30 pm dated 4th oct `17 and he refused to attend. As it is the case of water, we requested him to come without fail at 4th oct`17. He agreed reluctantly but did not arrive!!
                        Is it the customer service? What is the need of the annual monthly contact by paying so high?
                        They must have the system to attend the complaint within 8 hours as water is more necessary than food. Earlier also we faced the complaint with this organisation that they never come in time during servicing.
                        The management must be careful otherwise they will suffer!!

                          I do have a Aquaguard water purifier.From the last 1 months it is not working. I have filled the complaints maximum times even though no action is taken by the company. They say that we have added your complaint in Quick and it will we resolved in 48 hours, but the fact is that from the last two months no technician have ever visited my home.

                            I have been requesting the chennai customer care to send a technician for reinstalling the machine for more than a week but they are only with money making motive convincing me for exchange of machine and paying a m. C for rs 4000/-. Even the customer care head mr. Murugan is also giving a lethargic reply"we will send when we have time". I have never seen such a worst customer care with bad attitude and irresponsible people and team head. Such a useless customer care making customer wait for their service.

                              - date of incident: 22nd sept, 2017 to date

                              - description: after buying the one year contract, which stated 3 more services with any part replacements, no one returned even after the 6 months and several calls. There is no response other than will come tomorrow, but no one turns up. The purifier has currently stopped working and there is still no one to show up for the servicing and part replacements. This has continued for the past 15 days or so and still going.

                              Our aqua pure plus is damaged and we are requesting for service since lst three days. No service at all. Customers are harassed without service.

                                I paid 4400 rs for amc. But when i am complaint them regarding machine not working they are not sending technician for service. All the time saying stupid reasons as technician not available. Very worst customer care and service. Fighting with these people for more than a month but no use of it. Please don't buy any aqua pure plus filters waste of money and time.

                                  I have been calling customer care for more than 15 days now for giving connection to the ro purifier. I have been told by customer care reps daily that they will send technician tomorrow tomorrow and tomorrow never came. They said that tech is on leave, no tds meter available reasons. Even the managers there speaks lathorgically.in spite of calling them more than 25 times to [protected] in 2 weeks, nobody fixed it yet. Poorest customer care and service. I would like file a consumer complaint case and close this brand for its poor customer care and nobody in the company is bothered about the customer after selling the product.

                                  Spoke to managerRajesh Thirumurugan and still he did not sendworking anybody as promised. When I called again today, I was toldin heand is in lunch and will callback.. nobody did.. worst customer service..

                                    Am jayaseelan from tnagar... I bought a ro machine last year from this company adyar branch.. Last month water not coming in our machine so i call this branch manger manivasagam he committed within 48 hrs we solve this issue but he is not send the person so often try this guy past 4 days but he gave wrong commitment for me so i complaint directly to his ceo mr. Sakthivel.. He guided me to complaint register in call center within 12 hrs my issue cleared... What s problem means that manager guy not intimate me about call center,,,, please any problem in aquapure plus call this no [protected]... Immediate action taken by customer care

                                      I have been calling the showroom where they made sales for the installation and it has been more than a week that none fixed it yet. Also there is another service call at my in laws home which none visited yet. I met those sales people directly but nothing happened yet. We have been promised for free service visit every 2 months for lifetime but never got the 1st visit in the 3 months from date of purchase. I am still chasing them. Full of fake/false promises.

                                        I booked in a exhibition this product. The sales guy committed to deliver and install the next day. But even after several calls to customer care number, there was no action taken till now even after 10 days. I paid the full amount which was my mistake. Kindly solve this ASAP.
                                        Pl think twice before paying money in these kind of exhibition.
