I ordered for r. O. Plant 3 months ago when i visited the trade center. The installation was done in the same day for getting the full payment. Same speed was not shown in the servicing of the plant. After many calls for 2 months a person came for checking for the tds of the water. I was shocked to see that without atds merter he tasted the water and told it is ok. It's very much shame to the company for not having the fundamental tds meter...

I purchased aqua pure plus purifier last year. It was worked for two months only. After that it was not working. We complained; they came and done something. Again same problem came. The water flow was very slow. They came and fixed. But totally the water taste was poor. We called again. They told the taste would be like that only. After that the machine was not all working. One person asked 1200 for repairing even we have one year free warranty...

Am subhashini, I was purchased purifier on 15.03.2016 nanopure model with worth of 14500/-. I was called for service after two days service technician as came & clear the issues. Am satisfied they service till now. If it continuously happens in future i will refer this product to others also.The technician told that service as been automised.
