Aquacare — Failure of service under warranty

Grievance details:

It has been one year since we brought aquaguard purifier from a authorised sales person. We have got continuous calls stating they have to check our purifier for any problems. A repair person came from aquacare on 7th of june 2020 and told we have to repalce our purifier candles/ filters because the quality of the water is too low. Now again our purifier is not working and there is no response from aquacare or the repair person from 4 days. We have reached aquaguard and they are saying we are not responsible for your loss. Aquacare has called us knowing all the information about our machine and us including address and phone numbers and the date of purchase of purifier. Now both aquaguard and aquacare are not responding to us. Aquacare has insured our purifier under amc policy and now they are not responding to us. And aquaguard person told they are not responsible for covering our

Insurance.
