Aquacare started calling me about the pending service of my Aqua Guard water purifier as if they are contaction me from Eureka fobes aqua guard, They had my contacts, all details, which i call cheating.I said Ok, i will get it serviced. On 21.1.2021, one person came, changed candles and some other parts and made a bill of Rs. 4830/ which i paid, He promised if there is problem contact me.Water purifier started leaking after few hours of service.Person doesn't pick up my call. i have been contacting Aquacare helpline for last four days. every time i have to explain whole story and standard response, we will send somebody in 24 hours. After they collected amount its like dead end.

We had taken the AMC for Aquarguard water purifier which is valid till 10th May '19- 10th May'20.
Client ID- 44814. We were shifting the house in that process we didnt see the AMC copy later we found out that AMC was valid and requested for refund. They cheated us over the call stating the AMC is expired. Such a fraud company, now they are not responding to our query and not instead asking us to extend the AMC. The AMC states that they would voluntarily visit and fix the cartridge once in 8 months, but no one turned up.

I took AMC in 2019, one month back i complained that our purifier motor is not working. Till now no one called back while taking AMC u people told thatwithin 24hrs we'll contact but no. I called several times no response from ur side. What is the use of taking AMC. If you people not responded I'll go to consumer court.

Grievance details:

It has been one year since we brought aquaguard purifier from a authorised sales person. We have got continuous calls stating they have to check our purifier for any problems. A repair person came from aquacare on 7th of june 2020 and told we have to repalce our purifier candles/ filters because the quality of the water is too low. Now again our purifier is not working and there is no response from aquacare or the repair person from 4 days. We have reached aquaguard and they are saying we are not responsible for your loss. Aquacare has called us knowing all the information about our machine and us including address and phone numbers and the date of purchase of purifier. Now both aquaguard and aquacare are not responding to us. Aquacare has insured our purifier under amc policy and now they are not responding to us. And aquaguard person told they are not responsible for covering our

Insurance.

I had registered a complaint last week to send a engineer to check my

Aquaguard Geneus Plus. It is under AMC but now the toll-no is not working.
not sure what needs to be done.

Hi, we have replaced our aquaguard water purifier fitlers after inspection by the aquacare service agent (Diwakar -[protected] (True caller name - vijay vijju) on 23rd april 2020. We have paid rs.5200/- (Attached receipt)

Service agent told us that from next day water purifer will work properly. But it never worked after that. We have been contacting the aquacare service center in the numbers (24 x7 help line[protected] and [protected]) almost every day and they never sent the agent to check the problem.
At last on 16th may 2020 we contacted other agency it is found the filters replaced on 23rd april 2020 and they are locally made and these are getting blocked and not working condition. Attached the filters replaced for us on 23rd april for rs.5200/.
Please look into the issue and action on this. As we have spent this much amount for not even working the filter for single day. we are very disappointed with their service and support.

So request to help in returning the amount (5200).

We had an AMC with this fraud company called AquaCare IonExacense for 2 years after paying 8530Rs. We got it done in Dec 2018. They claim they are EurekaForbes certified company (which is not true I believe).

Dec 2018, they changed the filter for our DR.Aquaguard RO water filter(Eureka Forbes Geneus + model).
A month later (early Feb 2019), water leakage was seen and we had to call them again. They came and replaced another filter(claiming that the filter is gone since the filter is getting old. The machine is only 3 years old).
A month later (March 2019) the service light on the machine was blinking. Again we called them. Note: It was only after multiple calls they came.
The service technician (probably an untrained guy), checked and told there is no problem. The chip controlling the LED light is gone he said. He also told that the replacement chip is in his office and and left for the day.
Half an hour after he left, the machine powered off and did not turn on at all.

Multiple calls later, the same untrained technician arrives and and starts cutting wires inside the machine to isolate the problem. When I protest and ask for explanation, he says he knows what he is doing.

He finally narrows down to the PCB claiming the PCB is gone. I too have a look and tell him that only the connector looks bad, replace the connector. But he doesnt do that and gives direct connection without the connector and leaves. The machine works fine for 2 days. And on 3rd day again it powers off.

After this, multiple calls have been made. We have literally implored with them telling it is summer and without drinking water, it is difficult. Till today, nobody has come.

Their call center people lie telling the technician is in your area only, he will give a call. But nobody calls. The so called manager, I have never been able to reach on his phone. The team lead is extremely rude and literally has told us to do what we want he doesn't care.

Now, I am sick of their lies and delays. I dont want any service from these people, I just want our AMC money back.
I realized that their website too doesn't exist. (www.ionexacense.com).

My aqua guard is having problems from last one month once they attended but not rectified
Again i given complained but no response given compliments number 15 days before but no executive attended every time i call they today they will come

I paid for 2 years service

Don’t know whom to complain but this is just looting money
