[Resolved]  Aquafresh — Non purification, leakage and sound

It is just six months from when the person from Aquafresh changed the whole machine and the machine has stopped purifying the water. In 24 hrs it only fills the full 8 ltr take once. Over all makes a sound like drilling machine. If by chance the tank is full, the machine does not stop and starts leaking. It has been two months since we are calling the guy who installed. He will not lift the call or will promise to send someone but no one as turned up yet. We are just tired of calling and not sur what to do? In summer season, when in need of more water, the machine does not purify the water.
