Aquafresh — Complaint Water purifier system

Sub: Complaint of water filter supplier.
We have purchased one water purifier filter from NEW MILLON ASSOCIATE SCO-92/2 Sector-45C Chandigarh on dated[protected] of worth Rs 3600/- in six installments. I issued six cheques (600/- each) at the time of purchasing. But after one day the filter got out of order. I informed to NEW MILLON ASSOCIATE but no body came to attend the problem. After three days one person came from New Millon Associate and repaired the water filter. But again on next day water filter stopped working then after two days Mr. Raghukul came and he take back the water filter for repair or exchange. I call him daily on phone but no body came after six days Mr. Raghukul came with other old water filter and told me that its had changed. But next day water filter again stopped. I informed to Mr. Raghukul but no body came the attend the problem. So I stopped the cheques payment from IDBI Bank and inform to New Millon Associate and requested them that I don’t like to use this defected product and please return my cheques and take your filter back. He threatened me that he will receive the payment by his own and he will not take product back.
Therefore it is requested that kindly needful action be taken against New Millon Associate for supplying duplicate product. Please help me for returning my signed cheques.
