I ordered aqua fresh water purifier from zepto, and was not given any bill, and now just after 7 days the purifier stops working, the guy is not receiving our phone, and one time that he did, he asked us to send the bill number, which we don't have, and we are in bad state, as we don't have any other way of drinking water...

I purchased the Aquafresh RO on 7th Dec 2014 with 1 year warranty and 3 service free after every 4 months (within 2 hours the person came home and installed it - i was very happy to see the service but very little did i know what was ahead for me). It is just six months from when the person from Aquafresh changed the whole machine and the machine has stopped purifying the water. In 24 hrs it only fills the full 8 ltr take once.
