Sold defective ro and doing bad behaviour with customer

We purchased a Aqua Fresh
Smoke audi 18 ro. After getting we saw whole package was wet due to rain. After installing it is leaking. We called customer care. No one picking the call. We sent request for return. But Flipkart put technician visit. From many days no one came and not fixing our issue.
Product is defective. No-one helping. Bad customer care service. Rude behaviour. Our whole money went waste.
We tried many times on mobile number +[protected]. Customer care behaviour is too much rude.
Flipkart selling this company defective items and after that no support. They are making fool to us.

Aquafresh water purifier , company denying to send any men to fix it
I ordered aqua fresh water purifier from zepto, and was not given any bill, and now just after 7 days the purifier stops working, the guy is not receiving our phone, and one time that he did, he asked us to send the bill number, which we don't have, and we are in bad state, as we don't have any other way of drinking water

I am facing problem regarding Ro . I was trying to call to company . Company not receiving my calls.
I bought this product from flipkart .The Ro (water purifier Aqua fresh )Company not receiving call .and not giving service . My product is in warranty. I am facing too problem . This is my flipkart order id -OD[protected].

I have bought Aquafresh Nexus purifier from AQUAFRESH RO SYSTEM on 26/07/17 with Bill No -13785,
As per the tem and condition they will provide 1 year service with 3 candles .
Here problem starts with in 20 days of buying this, Water TDS level they have not setup properly due to this my children got typhoid fever and they were admitted into hospital for 1 week. On that moment I thought it could be a human error and I left that issue and move on
After that as per promise they have to install a new Candle after 4 month but they have not installed on time and I they showoff they poor service and left me on god grace because if some part has to change on time it should get change despite follow-up of 4-5 days they send someone to install it.
Now on 10-Feb-2018 I raised a complaint to them my water filter is not working properly it's not filtering water within time limit and even machine sound is totally heavy and it's feel like it's not able to suck water from tap to filter it. from past three days I am continuously following up these guys but they are not sending any technician to repair this I am daily calling 4-5 time but they have only one answer will send it tomorrow, I called him today 30 times now they are not picking my call,
I am fully frustrated with their service and now am looking for full refund of my amount along with I want to sue then in consumer court for harassing me . I don't want any further service form them now a full refund with harassment amount is required.
Could you please help me by registering my complaint

Respected sir i have Manish kumar M.no-[protected] purchased R.K.Aquafresh india swift 14 stage Advanced RO UV UF Water Purifier with model no- SDL[protected] on dated 25012017 from online website snapdeal.com your representative will install the device but after installation leakage in the aquafresh water purifier filter. but no response from the customer care i will try aquafresh complaint no but no response plz sir take my complaint on priority basis. plz sir do the needful and replace or repair the aquafresh filter.

I purchased the Aquafresh RO on 7th Dec 2014 with 1 year warranty and 3 service free after every 4 months (within 2 hours the person came home and installed it - i was very happy to see the service but very little did i know what was ahead for me). On 18th April 2015 I requested for RO service on customer care no. . Inspite of calling atleast 10 times no one came for service and the lady everytime says it will be done by tomorrow. I am not able able to understand what kind of after sale service is provided by the Aquafresh company.I request please dont buy this product, the after sale service is very very poor.

Non purification, leakage and sound

It is just six months from when the person from Aquafresh changed the whole machine and the machine has stopped purifying the water. In 24 hrs it only fills the full 8 ltr take once. Over all makes a sound like drilling machine.
If by chance the tank is full, the machine does not stop and starts leaking.
It has been two months since we are calling the guy who installed. He will not lift the call or will promise to send someone but no one as turned up yet.
We are just tired of calling and not sur what to do? In summer season, when in need of more water, the machine does not purify the water.

RO not working properly

Hi Sir/Mam,
I purchased an RO from Aquafresh company in Feb 2012 i was promised that whenever i'll face any issue they will replace the RO with new one (Verbally told by one of the executive)
I started facing problem in RO after the 3rd day after the purchase.
First day I faced the issue was of leakage from the candle it was over flowing i raised the issue to the company then the technician came and sorted that out.
After 1 week RO again had an issue of filtering the water in access amount it was overflowing there was some fuse which was not working properly by which the problem occured again the issue was raised to the company and the technician visited and replaced the fuse.
After few days RO stooped filtering the water i have to again called the techician and he changed some part of that machine and started working fine.
But the major issue issue i'm facing now a days is that in the storage tank of RO there is some insect which i guess came from the filtered water.
I requested severaal times that please replace my RO as after purchasing it i had faced many issues but the company is not ready to exchange it.
I have a baby of 4 months who was suffering from Diarrhea from last 2 months it started from the day when i purchased the RO we were giving him the water of RO assuming that its good for health but the way we were thinking was not right.
I had words with the Manager of aquafresh regarding the issue but he is not ready to replace the RO now as well and he is not ready to accept that the insect came from the filtered water.
I request you to please look into this matter and sort it out as soon as possible.
I want the compensation along with new RO replaced inlieu with my previous RO.
I had purchased the RO in installment and I requested the bank for stop payment till the time the decision is pending.

Complaint Water purifier system
Sub: Complaint of water filter supplier.
We have purchased one water purifier filter from NEW MILLON ASSOCIATE SCO-92/2 Sector-45C Chandigarh on dated[protected] of worth Rs 3600/- in six installments. I issued six cheques (600/- each) at the time of purchasing. But after one day the filter got out of order. I informed to NEW MILLON ASSOCIATE but no body came to attend the problem. After three days one person came from New Millon Associate and repaired the water filter. But again on next day water filter stopped working then after two days Mr. Raghukul came and he take back the water filter for repair or exchange. I call him daily on phone but no body came after six days Mr. Raghukul came with other old water filter and told me that its had changed. But next day water filter again stopped. I informed to Mr. Raghukul but no body came the attend the problem. So I stopped the cheques payment from IDBI Bank and inform to New Millon Associate and requested them that I don’t like to use this defected product and please return my cheques and take your filter back. He threatened me that he will receive the payment by his own and he will not take product back.
Therefore it is requested that kindly needful action be taken against New Millon Associate for supplying duplicate product. Please help me for returning my signed cheques.

It spoil after 15 days. i complaint it to dealer Mr.Naveen whose mobile no [protected]. He made excuse that mechanic is ill.after that i complaint him 10 times But he gave no response so plz sir tell him. if you will not repair it so i will going to consumer court against your company have warranty card whose no 10148 and its bill no 366.your dealer damage your company image. Plz take action against him .

We have purchased one water purifier filter model Delphi - RO + UV Sr. No.[protected] from Arun Electricals & Electronics, Gadchiroli Pin 442605 Tel No.[protected] on dated[protected] of worth Rs 13150/- in Cash Payment. But after only about 2 to 3 days from purchasing the filter got out of order. I informed to Arun Electricals, Gadchiroli & with reference to that complaint Mr. Burande came to attend the problem & replace the set but this took 7 days . But again after 40 to 45 days water filter stopped working and again for this I informed to Arun Electricals, Gadchiroli & to Mr. Burande Company Service provider, but this time Mr. Burande said that I have left the company some days ago, and than from Arun Electricals side another one attended the complaint after 7 days & repaired the set but after continuous reminder (i.e. 3 to 4 times daily for 7 days). Now again from yesterday i.e. from 20 th November water filter is not in working condition. As the water from which I get water is not potable & due to continuous problem of water filter, my family member are facing medical problem, therefore at this time I am requesting you to arrandge to send a good mechanic / technician for repairing at an earliest so that our opinion about Company's Service will remain good atleast this time. Even i bought Aqua fresh water purifier from Indu Maa Enterprises, SCO 1100, Sector 22 B, Chandigarh Phone No.[protected]. the person, Mr. amit [protected], from the company is answering to my calls but is not attending to my complaints and gives false assurance of attending to the complaints within half an hour, but to no avail. i am complaining from the last one month, but to no use. this is the third time my water purifier had a problem, last two times the even the complaint was attended to after much of troubles, as of now nobody is paying heed to. i bought this waterpurifier on 12 february 2010, and has a warranty of one year,
therefore at this time I am requesting you to arrange to send a good mechanic / technician for repairing at an earliest so that our opinion about Company's Service will remain good atleast this time and we are saved from further problems. Thanking you!

i have purchased a water purifier RO+UV ON 24JUNE2010 from LO COST TRADING COMPANY, G-3 VINAYAK PLAZA Opp, SPANCERS MAIN JHARSHA ROAD SECTOR 15, GURGAON TEL-NO.[protected], [protected] AT RS 7500/-CASH.after one week it stopped working then i called the dealer to rectify it.dealer sent a mechanic on second day.he came and repaired the product.now a major problem is coming in that RO SYSTEM that it is leaking from the bottom.i again called the dealer that it should be replaced.but he said that its motor is leaking so motor has to be changed and i will have to pay Rs.1800/- I do not under stand why should i pay when the product is under warranty period.therefore now i am requesting you replace the product as early as possible.otherwise i have no other option except to go to consumer court.

our product is in warranty and the company is asking for service charges..within one year there was 2-3 complaints but the company didnt give proper action. when we asked for replacement they didnt change the product.Date of purchased 12/08/2012 with one year warranty Sir,

He made an excuse that mechanic is not available. After that I had complained him several times about the inconvenience being caused due to the purifier not working. But there was no response from him. So it is necessary to take an appropriate action against such agents as they are spoiling the good will of the company. Please provide me with the contact details of an agent who will provide me a better service. Else i'll have to take some other legal actions.

I purchased Aquafresh RO+UV+TDS water purifier on 25th May 2014. At that time the company people promised me 1 year warranty and life time free services if any issue would come.
With in a week it stopped working and whole system got replaced after calling many times, the sales person/customer care executive/Service provider in my region.
Post replacement, it hardly worked for 10 days and again stopped working. I tried to connect with sales person/customer care executive/Service provider for 2-3 days. Either they didn't pick up the phone or if somehow they picked, I used to get the same reply from everyone that somebody will come in 1-2 hours but no body visited for next 2 days.
Till now my purifier has been serviced for more than 10 times in a span of 5 months and currently it is not in working condition.
I have been calling Aquafresh people for last 2-3 days but no one is picking up the call.
EVERYTIME I NEED TO CALL THEM FOR 2-3 DAYS CONTINUOUSLY IN ORDER TO GET IT SERVICED WHICH IS MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED. A STRONG ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST SERVICE PROVIDER IN PANCHKULA/CHANDIGARH.
I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH SUCH KIND OF SERVICES. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK OR GET THE PRODUCT SERVICED PROPERLY.

I purchased Aquafresh RO+UV+TDS water purifier on 25th May 2014. At that time the company people promised me 1 year warranty and life time free services if any issue would come.
With in a week it stopped working and whole system got replaced after calling many times, the sales person/customer care executive/Service provider in my region.
Post replacement, it hardly worked for 10 days and again stopped working. I tried to connect with sales person/customer care executive/Service provider for 2-3 days. Either they didn't pick up the phone or if somehow they picked, I used to get the same reply from everyone that somebody will come in 1-2 hours but no body visited for next 2 days.
