Aramex Couriers — About my courier awb tracking number [protected]

I have purchased a Silver jewelry worth 115$ and which I got for 60$ from china as it was an alloy of Silver and and some mix metal.

Now Aramex [protected]@aramex.com especially Miss Pooja Sharma, is asking me to pay ₹15000/- INR fine and ₹5, 049.60/- as customs Duty and an amendment fee of ₹1, 000/-, totally costing ₹21000/- which is more than double the value of the goods.

They are also asking to make the payment to their personal account and then they will pay to Customs.
