Aramex Couriers — Address getting rejected

Address:T G Lake Vista building number C122, 152/2, Lake Point Tower Avenue, Road, AECS C Block, Begur,

My Aadhar card address is from Darjeeling West Bengal. And the delivery address which I am with my current address is from Bangalore. I work in Bangalore, i stay at my brother place who owns this house. Now I don't understand the item which I purchased and paid why these details was not asked I could not have ordered only. What am I supposed to do now, I don't even understand.
