I responded to their mail and uploaded my Adhaar Card Front and back, also my Pan card. and my front page of SBI Passbook. but still the Tracking Number was updated as "Invalid Identity proof document". I don't know what to do, i submitted a request to at their webpage "there was a difference in my Shipping address and the address in my ID... Because im serving in INDIAN ARMY so im currently posted in NE the difference was that i mentioned address of shipping adress is different from my ALL ID PROOF . thats all.
