Dbrand doesn't send about half of its couriers, but i think that this is affected by aramex and this needs to change. First of all they take more than the designated time to deliver a priority mail express and then they deliver it to the wrong address. Their import custom service is also very inconvenient as it is required on the last moment. The tracking is the worst as it shows the product has been delivered to me, but in reality is given to an unknown person who may or may not act as me.
