Aramex Couriers — Aramex Couriers Kyc documents getting rejected

I ordered shoe from nike.com, they sent my order via Aramex Couriers. I'm getting a message everyday that they wan my KYC information to deliver it to my address. I have provided the info multiple times and they outright reject it everytime, saying the address don't match. The address is for the same house, written a bit differently on KYC documents. I am in rented house how can both permeant and corresponding address same on original documents?

if you are uploading full aadhar card they wont accept it. Just crop the aadhar pdf like the one you have in ur wallet.
