Nike apparels

I had ordered clothes from nike, but aramex couriers is not allowing to get my courier through, they rejected my kyc due to address mismatch on my kyc and my delivery address is different, but second time I have sent them my rent agreement and also my credit card bill statement in which on top left side my address is mentioned clearly, still today I received a mail that your address mismatched the kyc address ????how many id proofs I need...

Courier stuck in customs

Hi. my tracking no. is [protected] . I have ordered some stuff online for personal use but it is stuck with Indian customs. The reason is address mismatch. KYC documents gets rejected

Hi, I ordered shoes from nike.com with HAWB bill no. [protected]
and my current address is not similar to permanent address. But I have shared the current address proof (electricity bill) but my KYC documents gets rejected. Please consider my request and deliver my courier.

Lost parcel/no refund after almost 3 months

Claim forms on Parcel JC[protected]
My parcel has been lost almost 3 months ago!! Filled the refund forms and all the requested documents more than 2 times but have not received any response from them!!
So disappointed with the service and the customer support.
NEED THE REFUND ASAP....

Kyc documents getting rejected - Pending customs release

I have submitted my KYC documents and one optional with delivery address, but I keep receiving messages saying that it has been rejected due to "Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC. Please share KYC Document in consignee name and matches the delivery address."

Because the address provided by me is different from the address in my documents, I have given delivery address where i work...

Bad delivery services

So far since February 9 and up-to-date i have an issue with this carrier service, always their excuse is shipment offloading, 5 shipments so far with this issue from New York, USA to Qatar l call their hot line no answer, I contact customer service, again no response......

Shipment hasnt moved in days

My courier is struck

My order has been rejected due to "Consignee name does not match with provided KYC. Please share KYC Documents in consignee name and address."

KYC Rejected due to delivery address not matching with the KYC address

I have bought a pair of shoes from nike.com. I was asked to submit the KYC details for address verification. However, I am a student and stay at my college's hostel as of now. So I entered the delivery address of my college hostel. However, after submitting the KYC as well as the address proof of my college hostel, it got rejected. Kyc mismatch issue

I order shoes from Nike and they were delivering through aramex . But as my friend ordered it for me she didn't have my kyc approved permanent address and I at my end do not have any govt issues document for the shipment address she provided. Package opened and also unacceptably late

My item was stuck on “will be delivered in 24 hours” for 8 days! Also got 2 messages from the driver saying they “ran out of time to deliver”! So why wasn’t it then first to be delivered the next day? Nope it was then another 4 days!! To make matters worse your driver is obviously stealing parcels as mine was opened!! Like the corner was pulled back to see what was inside!!! And not accidentally either!! Thank goodness it wasn’t...

This shipment was sent from Kutch Gujarat on 07/01/2022 to Greenslopes, QLD Australia.
Tracking indicates this shipment was delivered yesterday 09/02/2022, by Fastway Couriers Australia.
However, the consignee has not received this parcel. It has not been delivered
Nor has she received details of a collection point, or any pick-up information.
