Extreme dissatisfaction with the worst courier experience I have ever had with courier service. My parcel (AWB: [protected]) was booked on January 5th from Cuddalore to Bangalore, and what followed was a completely unacceptable series of failures from the team.

I am writing to request an immediate investigation into my consignment with tracking number [protected], booked on 28/11 from Tirupur to Chennai. The parcel was expected to be delivered by 29/11, but it has still not been delivered.

As per the latest tracking status, it shows out for delivery on 01/12 but not received.
I first contacted Mr. Bilal ([protected]) and unfortunately, responses have been vague and disrespectful....

My Letter took 12 days to go from Basavangudi in Bangalore to T.Nagar in Chennai. Initially, for 1 week, there was no AWB. The hand written slip mentions that the letter was dropped off on Oct 21st. Finally, they gave an AWB no [protected] on Oct 31st. Then, the delivery date for the letter says that it was delivered on Nov 1st. The letter actually reached on Nov 4th.
Is this what you call customer service? Totally Pathetic. Will...

My consignment [protected] which is shipped from Palakkad (Kerala) on 19th Sep'25 is not delivered to me till now (Saturday 27th Sep'25 - 8:13 am at Mysore location). Called the ST Courier team multiple times from Wednesday (24th Sep'25) and every time they give the same response that it will be delivered on the same day and it is not delivered....

I booked a parcel on 30/07/2025 from Ambattur (Chennai) to Uthiramerur, Kaliyampoondi village through ST Courier (Tracking No: [protected]).

The tracking system shows the parcel as delivered, but we never received it. We checked our office and confirmed it was not received.

ST courier is not delivering the goods as per given address.
They are taking the order based on the pin code but at the time of delivery, we have been asked to come to collect to the nearing point which is almost 6 kms from the exact delivery point.
This is not the first time, and I have already informed many times to its delivery partner and ask them to escalate.

I have received an courier from Madurai (30-Apr-25) to Bangalore(05-May-25), and took 5 days to deliver which is worst than govt services.

Even the person from Lingarajpuram vendor([protected]) talking very rude and thinking as doing some free of service.

Kindly change your attitude and dont think doing as a free of service instead our money.

Such a bad experience from ST which means...

Booked a courier from Delhi to Erode by Air on 11th April but even after 4 days product is not delivered even delivery promised on Monday and worse thing is booking agents not giving a proper answer and not even picking calls, I have tried calling them atleast 50 times but not picking calls..

Pathetic service...

- my sister sent a consignment to Kovilvenni, but it was received at the Needamangalam office instead.
- The office staffs says the reciever come to Needamangalam and collect the material
- However, the courier service's website lists Kovilvenni as a drop point in the Needamangalam region.
- The staff is not responding properly and is delaying the process....
