My Letter took 12 days to go from Basavangudi in Bangalore to T.Nagar in Chennai. Initially, for 1 week, there was no AWB. The hand written slip mentions that the letter was dropped off on Oct 21st. Finally, they gave an AWB no [protected] on Oct 31st. Then, the delivery date for the letter says that it was delivered on Nov 1st. The letter actually reached on Nov 4th.

My consignment [protected] which is shipped from Palakkad (Kerala) on 19th Sep'25 is not delivered to me till now (Saturday 27th Sep'25 - 8:13 am at Mysore location).
