It has been 11 days, and my consignment has not been delivered and the courier service is not providing any information. There is no status update online.
Consignment booked on 30/06/2025, City Burhanpur to Pithampur. During Booking madhur courier executive say parcel delivery in 3 days. But still 11/07/07/2025 parcel not delivered. and online status does not update. Madhur courier office head not responded properly. and pithampur...

I am writing to report that my parcel, addressed to Burhanuddin Saify (Mobile: [protected]), was delivered in an already opened and damaged condition, as clearly visible in the attached image. The packaging was torn, and it appears that the parcel may have been tampered with during transit.

My father send me parcel from jaipur to bhopal which had medicines and flavoured cashew . My courier Consignment no. [protected] which was dispatched on March 1, 2025 which was delivered on March 4, 2025 . Parcel was tapped all around and when we opened it . Medicines and other things were damaged by rats and madhur courier cheated us with manipulating packing . They damaged our medicines which were very important for consent patient

My parcel was couriered from indore to my place, which is about 200 km away and the sender used madhur courier.
Courier sent to madhur courier service on 30th September 2024 and today it's 5th of October 2024 still the parcel not received.
Other courier service delivery the parcel to my place within 3 days (if couriered from indore)
Still the service guy telling to wait for monday they will not giving any guarantee, just say it shall be delivered or if not we will take action.
On their online website of madhur courier no complaint number or customer support number provided how can a person suffering, can contact them

On 10th September 2024 my father sent me a letter from the bank by the help of Madhur couriers. For the fast delivery of the letter my father goes for private courier service which was Madhur couriers. They also give him assurance of delivering the parcel within 2-4 working days but I didn't get the delivery of the parcel and whenever try to track my consignment it shows it was "SENT TO B.S.A CITY (MAHIPALPUR) Delhi" on 14th of September. To find what's the problem with my consignment I try to contact that branch head. He pickups the call then I asked him about my consignment he said that he didn't distribute the consignment of Madhur couriers and doesn't accept the Madhur courier consignment. Then try to contact to their Delhi main branch office but whenever i try to contact it says that the number you are dialing is currently switched off, every time it says that. Now I didn't have the idea where my consignment was, I want you to Please solve this problem as fast as you can because it has an urgent requirement. C.Note No: [protected]

I send a courier from Madhur courier Neemuch to Bairagarh (Bhopal) M.P. on 5th august, Cnot no.of courier is [protected]. Consignee didn't get the courier till 15th august so I visit to the courier officer for asking about my courier. They got my details and telling me to wait there answer till next morning. Next day on 16th august the didn't giving me any answer on call so I visit again on the madhur courier neemuch office. Again the got my details and telling me about tracing process and giving me there mobile no [protected] and instructed to calling after one hour. I called on the number but they didn't picking up the call, Next day I call on the mobile number atleast 7-8 times but they didnt picking up the call, So I call on the landline number of the office. They didnt giving me satisfied answer. Please take action against my complaint.

I had sent a partial on date 13th aug BILASPUR to kotma, anuppur, they said next day 14th partial will be reached to mahendragarh, I said we will pick up from mahendragarh plz mention on this due to emergency medicine, but partial docket not yet dispatched, BILASPUR to raipur then raipur to jabalpur then again jabalpur to raipur and again raipur to jabalpur. It's totally worse and pathetic service by madhur courier . As a customer I am very disappointed. I will go to the consumer forum for the same.

My name is tarachand patidar i have courier a parcel from madhur courier Bhawani mandi to Gwalior on dated d 22June 2024 but when i have track the consignment its showing return back to the address from where i have couriered. And they are not contacting me even i have mentioned the contact no of both the person where i want to send. I need that parcel on urgent now it return back on dated 29th june to the origin address and when i will get that parcel. It very bad service from this courier.my contact no.[protected]

Madhur Courier Services Indore

The distance from Shivpuri to Indore in Madhya Pradesh is 400 kilometers. The parcel was sent from Shivpuri on 12/03/2024 by Madhur Courier and reaches Indore on 15/03/2024.
The delivery boy refused to deliver at home and forced the customer to come 15 kilometers away to collect the parcel whose courier no. p[protected]

My Consignment No. P[protected] reached the destination city of Pune on 13th Jan, but I haven't received it yet. The delivery in charge called me and informed me that they wouldn't be able to deliver the product at my place and suggested that collect it from their office. As the office is very far from my place, I suggested they bring it to the closest place from where I can collect the consignment, but there is no response after that.

I need your help in receiving my consignment.

I have sent small parcel from pincode 454552 to[protected] Dhamnod to Chhatarpur they have charged highly unnessesary and illegally charge of 150rs which is not right

The person is denying delivery of my shipment saying he can't deliver my shipment because he has some other work to do in the stipulated delivery time..also i went to this courier office and he was making excuse that right now it is closing time of office and did not give my shipment..even i recorded a video of him saying he can't give my parcel despite he was still in the courier office..below are courier agent detail..

But its Tuesday and still Kota Head office has not yet recieved the consigmnet.
Indore branch is not even picking up the phone.
Am worried if my consigment is lost.

I had booked one parcel through Balaghat Location from Madhur Courier on 01st Nov 2023, I didn't get any updates after 09th Nov 2023 in tracking system of Madhur Courier

Our organization was continuously working through Madhur Courier Bhopal but earlier one ATM device was sent by our organization on 12th April 2023 whose POD number is - P[protected] which was to be sent to Rupesh Mahajan Khandwa district even after repeatedly asking for information. It is not being given, it has been 5 months. Either the Device should be given or our payment of Rs 8200 should be made.

I have book a Currier on[protected] from Nagod (Satna) to Indore.
they give the recipt no. [protected] for that consignment. after a week time when we didn't receive the Currier, then we connect to Nagod office, they said they dispatch the letter to Satna office, you need to contact their.
then we go to Satna office and they said we didn't received any such Currier from Nagod office. what should I do now?

Your courier service in sohagpur madhya pradesh is not delivering the parcel on time .
And not telling where is the parcel .
And when talked to them so answer was delivery will not be possible you have to come and receive the parcel.
and when called again not talking properly and yelling
