Hello, I have a shipment in Aramex they rejected my KYC because I have a different address in my ids! and I ordered on my office address I try to contact support they are just misleading you there is no support. I have provided all the possible documents like my ids GST bills. address verification consing letters! every possible documents! nothing is left now still they are not helping me with my shipment! I had ordered a package from Amazon. The number is [protected]. From 21Dec21 the item is showing up at Bangalore airport. In spite of repeated mails to Aramex there has been no reply from Aramex with regards to the consignment.
Please update me with the status....

My kyc docments keep rejecting beause of address I ordered on my office ware house! but the address is not matching in my ids. i try to give my ware house owner ids gst and bill! for address verification still its rejecting! beasuse they want same name on ids with same address in ids! like seriously? even there is no customer support! they will not help you at all! the worst courier i have ever used...

I receive messages from Aramex to upload kyc documents but it gets rejected because my shipping address does not match the address on the document because this was a gift pls help...

For my order ID- [protected] i have been uploading my election card as kyc document but still its getting rejected. I have been trying to contact the aramax team from past 1 weeks but still no reply… kindly guide us as to what needs to be done as payment for the parcel has been made and there is no solution for the adress proof… please note that the adress in the election card and the address provided is the same with the same pincode...

I’ve always heard so many complaints regarding how slow aramex is and how long you guys take to deliver parcels. Unfortunately I had no choice because the SHEIN uses aramex for as their courier service. My order was placed and shipped form China on the 22nd of November and arrived in South Africa on the 7th of December…..Customs only contacted me on the 10th of December and made a request for payment and I did the payment the next day....

Stuck in customs due to wrong address I don't know what will it take to do that but I have a bad feeling about this I think i should cancel the order via @nike.com...

I uploaded my adhaar card as proof but the address on it is different from the delivery address. Because I'm a student living in a hostel, I don't have any address proof with the that address. Please see that the other details are same and send me my package.

I ordered stuff from nike.com a few days back, they're sending my order via Aramex Couriers. Aramex people need KYC documents for customs clearance. I provided my Adhaar card which has the same address with a couple of modifications. Since then, I've gotten emails that my KYC document has been rejected multiple times and I have uploaded my id proof multiple times. I have submitted my KYC documents 8times on the link sent by this company. They have rejected it each time saying invalid format/file not opening. I have checked it myself that the files are opening and the format is accurate. They are not clearing my order for shipment....

Hello Team,
I used to send parcel through Aramex with the help of shyplite.
I put the weight accurate and pay them for the actual weight.
But the last of month the send me bills for just double weight .
They never intimate us about the weight.
we have sent them mails for proofs of weight but they did not send a single proof.

Kindly help about this matter.
