    Dear sir/madam

    I am Murthy BS working as First Division Assistant in Karnataka State Department of Agriculture, Tumkur (State Government Employee) My Shipment No. [protected] & [protected] from iherb.com are due for customs clearance after repeated submission of KYC documents
    The Adress in my KYC documents Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Passport, Driving Licence etc., is a remote village which is my native place and permanent adress but the couriers will not reach there. So i have attached my department Employee ID Card (government employee ID Card) that is same as my shipping adress
    Still KYC documents get rejected every time after repeated submission
    There is no response from Aramex they are not trying to resolve my issue
    My humble request with you is to please resolve the issue at the earliest as the shipment is Health Suppliment precribed by doctor to treat ADHD of my Son Urgent requirement

      Hello, i was expecting my order to come.
      Before i was seeing there's delivery coming but i think it's not for me.
      Because i recieved no call and security didn't call me for receiving.

      Before i get call by admin that my order will come by today?
      I expect it a lot because the order i placed was meant to be for somebody birthday.

        I have delivery today n 11/1/2022 in morning at 7:47 have 1 guy call me for delivery and I ask him what time delivery will come, he tell me 11am
        And 9:12 am have 1 guy call me he say I have delivery did I’m here in location and he should to me and tell me my location tomorrow not today and he cut the call

          I am extremely disappointed with service’s of Aramex couriers. Despite of sending so many emails they are unable to update status of my international shipment. The entire staff of Aramex couriers have been sleeping over my shipment. I need the courier without any further delay else I will do a police complaint

            The goods were out for delivery on the 31st December. Still waiting.
            Delivery date keeps getting changed.
            Can't contact a human being to speak to regarding this.

              Undelivered cheque as scheduled. Toll free all computer generated no one attending urgent needs of client. Someone called for delivery but refused to help and come in hime address. Considering it was Aramex that didn’t deliver the item in specified time and date. The given address for delivery was work place on the date that Aramex didn’t come.
              It was upsetting and full of tension experience as the cheque urgently required for my daughter school fees.
              Suggesting for friendly customer service from Aramex.

                Dear Sirs,

                Happy New Year!

                This is in reference to the captioned, please note that I had submitted a parcel (clothes etc) in Riyadh for delivery to Jaipur, India on 25th December 2022 with the tracking number [protected]. I have also submitted the list of items that are sent along with the ID of my relative as well. The parcel has not yet reached my relative and are held at customs in New Delhi for which I do not know the reason. I have also been chasing the local office without any help.

                Kindly check and advise as to how soon my relative will receive the parcel.

                  Hello, I have a shipment in Aramex they rejected my KYC because I have a different address in my ids! and I ordered on my office address I try to contact support they are just misleading you there is no support. I have provided all the possible documents like my ids GST bills. address verification consing letters! every possible documents! nothing is left now still they are not helping me with my shipment! It's been 15 days! don't use this company worst company I have ever used in my life.

                      Your KYC Uploaded Document has been rejected due to "Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC. Please share KYC Document in consignee name and matches the delivery address."

                      We are in receipt of a shipment consigned to you vide our HAWB bill no. [protected] for which we require the KYC documents and Clearance Authorization.

                              My kyc docments keep rejecting beause of address I ordered on my office ware house! but the address is not matching in my ids. i try to give my ware house owner ids gst and bill! for address verification still its rejecting! beasuse they want same name on ids with same address in ids! like seriously? even there is no customer support! they will not help you at all! the worst courier i have ever used

                                      For my order ID- [protected] i have been uploading my election card as kyc document but still its getting rejected. I have been trying to contact the aramax team from past 1 weeks but still no reply… kindly guide us as to what needs to be done as payment for the parcel has been made and there is no solution for the adress proof… please note that the adress in the election card and the address provided is the same with the same pincode so please clear my KYC document at the earliest
