I responded to their mail and uploaded my Adhaar Card Front and back, also my Pan card. and my front page of SBI Passbook. but still the Tracking Number was updated as "Invalid Identity proof document". I don't know what to do, i submitted a request to at their webpage "there was a difference in my Shipping address and the address in my ID... Because im serving in INDIAN ARMY so im currently posted in NE the difference was that i mentioned address of shipping adress is different from my ALL ID PROOF . thats all.

    I have been submitting all the kyc documents needed for the past week but it keeps getting rejected. I currently have my temporary address as the shipping address but am also uploading an electricity bill with the same address as the shipping but it still keeps on rejecting please look into this

        Address: Aramex kyc india

        I had order Nike shoes almost half month go. Unfortunately my address is not match because I given it wrong. But I try to contact aramex there is no good response. And my shipment is not clear till now. I try contact Nike they told when shoes come back to shipping center we will refund you. But now I am confused what to do if my kyc is rejected how aramex deliver it back.

            Hi Your shipment [protected] from dbrand is on its way to India but cannot be cleared from customs due to: Consignee name does not match with provided KYC. Please share KYC Documents in consignee name and address they are sending me like this sir but i submitted my documents clearly but its getting rejected because the address provided by me is different from the address in my documents sir because i am a student i have given delivery address where i study not where the documents address is…so please try to solve my issue sir please sir

              Kyc documents getting rejected

              I have an order stuck at customs for the past 2 weeks, I have tried to upload my KYC documents multiple times but it keeps getting rejected. I moved to a new state recently and haven't had a chance to update the address on my IDs yet, but my father has this address mentioned on his Aadhaar card. I have uploaded multiple documents like passport, signed letter on company letterhead, etc stating my relationship with my father and that I am currently...

              I tried to contact the customer service earlier but havent heard from them at all. My shipment has been stuck in Identity proof of customer.I received a text msg with a link to fill out " KYC document for address proof", but the link was expired so i could not fill it out and i went on your website to find it but could not. what am i suppose to get a kyc document for address proof link and my package shipment.

                I've ordered an order worth 10k from nike.in and was requested to submit kyc verification from Aramex couriers... it keeps saying that my consignee name doesn't match...the name on my aadhar is just a little longer than my consignee name, everything else has been accepted, please look into this issue

                  Hi Team,

                  My order id is [protected] and it initially required me to submit my KYC documents attaching the address proof. I attached my aadhar and pan details and since my shipping address was different I provided the LPG connection receipt with my address along with my house rental agreement matching my current house address. I’m still getting the error message that the shipping address is not matching. Requesting you to validate my LPG and house rental agreement as it’s the correct shipping address which matches to what we have provided. Request you to kindly clear this at the earliest

                    I ordered Nike shoes. I got the email from Aramex for KYC completion. I did it two times: first with Aadhar and the second one with Passport. But still no resolution.

                    Same KYC failure email popping up.

                    My Address is the same as my Passport and Aadhar, it's just that I've added a landmark to my house while ordering from the Nike app.

                        was showing "Invalid Identity proof document" & "Shipment Held for Customs Clearance - Customer Documents Required (KYC)"

                        there was a difference in my Shipping address and the address in my ID... the difference was that i mentioned the Name of building i live in my shipping adress. thats all.
                        if in any way im getting help from here please check this Tracking number too :[protected]. its also arriving to India, and im sure it also will face the same issue.

                        Um yes, they did approved after my complaint, and also custom didn't interfered with my shipment, but it got short circuited because of different current in our country, later i realised that I have to use step down transformer for the electronic's from usa. Was my fault ... And wasted 24k on circular saw from DeWalt.

                          I have got a package shipped for someone who has recently relocated to Punjab from Haryana, living in company accommodation so cannot provide any proof other than offer letter and restaurant bills, but these documents are also being rejected again and again and Aramex is not even responding to complaints just closes it without even contacting me.

                            This is nithin here. I am currently staying in saudi arabia.
                            I planned to get my baby's clothes from bangalore through aramex courier service in the start of october.
                            They picked the shipment from bangalore and then after few days they said they would need
                            Consignee id as it is stuck in customs. I provided the id proof but later they said they cannot process it
                            And the item will be returned to the shipper.

                            The shipment was picked up on 9th october 2021 from bangalore. Today is 5th november 2021. It is almost 2 weeks since they said they will return shipment to shipper
                            But there is no proper update from aramex. They said they tried to return the shipment to the shipper on
                            22nd october but there was no response from shipper. The shipper says that he did not receive any
                            Notification from aramex on that day.

                            I have been contacting aramex from past 2 weeks now to return the shipment.
                            Everyday they say they will return the shipment that day but they fail to do.
                            The shipment is worth 20000 inr. I do not know if they have misplaced or stolen the shipment.
                            Aramex is a pathetic, unorganized and unprofessional couriers. They are not customer friendly.
                            The customer care service is a dummy service and they do not have any authority to manage things.

                            I have asked if the shipper can go to the aramex office and collect the shipment
                            But they said they cannot arrange that. I am extremely disappointed
                            With their service.

                            I am expecting that aramex will take my case on high priority and return my shipment as early
                            As possible.in addition, i am expecting they will refund my amount.

                            Please find the attached documents. They contain all information related to the shipment.

                              My Aadhar card has my home address but I am posted at diff district so along with my Aadhar .. I uploaded my appointment letter as address prof but still it’s getting rejected .. now wut am I suppose to upload .. HAWB bill no. [protected] .. if it’s not getting accepted please return so that I can reorder your it or get my refund

                                I do not live at the address on my id and have just turned 18 and do not pay any electricity bills either. My mother does not use her maiden name (which is in the passport) to pay any bills either.

                                  I have ordered shoes from Nike and after the product was shipped I got a message from aramex that it has been shipped and I have to do my KYC which I did. I am currently staying at Kolkata due to my work reasons and my permanent address is different than my current address hence I uploaded the rent agreement along with the Aadhar and PAN Card but they rejected it. Aramex customer service is very poor and do not reply to the complaints. Please help as my parcel is stuck
