August 1, 2020 - i received a call from amarex to upload my kyc
Documents on the link provided on email and sms.

Issue - i haven't received the link on sms or email either.

I already paid around $120 for shipping via aramex, now they are charging custom duty for 7392 inr.
The bill clearly shows that its cost around $96, how can you change such a duty... More than 100%.

They don't provide any solutions. Two of my shipments are stuck with them in india. Both from usa but due to technical issues in kyc like consignee name and delivery address they are not sending the products i paid for....

I'm constantly giving the kyc documents but it's rejecting and even after uploading it shows that kyc is done and still parcel isn't going forward.
Kindly let me know what to do...

I have purchased product from iherb and they asked me to do kyc but i'm not getting where to do upload the kyc documents...

According to the latest customs regulation, individuals who have purchased any item need to just provide their Proof of Identity as KYC and do not need to provide any proof of address. The identity is then verified upon delivery by the delivery individual to match the Proof of Identity document. But Aramex keeps rejecting both my Aadhar and PAN card as KYC and I keep getting asked to resubmit.
This is a pathetic, shameless, oblivious...

I have ordered an item from nike.com, and was asked to submit my kyc documents for custom clearence. I have submitted my documents thrice but still it has been rejected without giving any specific reason....

I ordered a shoe from nike.in and paid for it online. A few days later my order with shipment id [protected] was shipped by nike and i got a message from aramex saying i had to clear my item shipment with kyc document, as requested by the sms i got from aramex i uploaded using my voter id and PAN details.
