How did you deal with address change ?they are asking me rs1000 for address amendment and sending letters to customs.it is pathetic company worst worst i can not describe here

    After so many times follow up and given yhe proper KYC documents. Stil now they are not delevering my consignment. The main intention of them is to keep my good at their house. Unnecessery they are showing loo falls to avoid the delevery. Plz consider my matter and do the needful ASAP.

        Hi, I am not getting my product after trying so many times to complete my KYC documentation.             Sir, I ordered a shoe for my Son Rohin Pillai from Nike.com vide Order no. - G[protected]. Aramax informed to upload KYC docs with address proof. I uploaded 3 tmes (Aadhaar /Passport/PAN of my son + Address proof in Government Letter, as we recently shifted. But Aramax continues to reject. My consignment is stuck.               This is to bring to tour notice that i have booked courier to chennai dated 13th july from deira mail room pertaining to awb number [protected].. The courier has not been still delivered. My father in chennai has received a message on july 30th as the parcel was in bangalore and mentioning the he will receive by tom and until now the news about the parcel is lost.. I am getting a bad experience from aramex and very upset with the service levels provided by aramex for delivering a small shipment. Kindly share me the regional in charge contact number and i would like to escalate the case to your higher management.

                Hi team,
                I have sent back the courier as it was charged excess to me, or it may be duplicate charges which aramex is asking for at the time of delivery.
                I purchased puddle lamps and paid for item cost and dhl or air courier which was more than the item cost while check out. Subsequently i made the payments and it was sent to via aramex after providing the required documents for clearance.
                I received sms from aramex to pay the charges again, which i do not understand.
                I have submitted the complaint. Blr/0820/1302.
                I got to know it is still in blr aramex facility, could you please help this items get delivered to my mentioned address.

                  We sent amazon fba shipment for dubai on march 2020, till then we keep on requesting for the status of our shipment. After beating the bush for 5 months, your territory manager mr. Srikantha neelapalaya declared it was lost in transit. And promised us to remittance amount for the invoice value. After dragging the issue for one more month and after our repeated attempts to contact him, he told the remittance will not be claimed and they will provide only $100 that too if we continue the business with aramex.

                  Now tell me who will do business with such ignorant, reckless, nonsupportive services like aramex after the bitter experiences. You are incapable to deliver our sample first shipment, how can you handle our highly valued and high volume shipments. What on earth any # will do business with you after knowing your incompetence. The management team mr. Junaid bagdadi, mr. Jiju george, mr. Punit shukla, mrs. Anuradha iyer not at all responding to my emails. I doubt these people even know the meaning of "good gesture" to win the business back

                          sms and email not received for tracking order

                          July 30, 2020 - i placed an order on nike.com (India).

                          August 1, 2020 - i received a call from amarex to upload my kyc
                          Documents on the link provided on email and sms.

                          Issue - i haven't received the link on sms or email either.
                          Also, i just have the order number (G[protected]) and have no
                          Tracking number. Neither the nike website has updated my order

                          Dear Sirs, I am Dalmo Lopes, Angolan resident in Benguela, I have been an Aramex customer for over 3 years and used your services normally, but unfortunately this year I used it again but I am in a situation of very sorry, on 06/16/2020, i received an order valued at 700 euros with shipnamber [protected] by the ShipandShop service from Aramex Spain with address of the LAD 1241 account, to be sent to Angola, but so far I have no answer. I have been contacting the support number of the origin (+[protected] since the day they confirmed that they received it and what they have told me and that due to some restrictions they had delays, but that it would already be sent, sometimes I also called contact from Angola and they said the same thing, even before yesterday I called Spain again and they told me that next week I would be here in Angola, I was indignant and saddened by the situation today when accessing my account to check the status of my received package and I noticed that it was removed from my account as if I had received nothing, but without any notice or notification by email. At this moment I do not know what to do will be you as representatives, I very much ask for your support in this situation. Grateful for the attention!

                            I ordered a controller from scuf gaming 2 months ago it says it has been shipped.I used my name instead of my Father's so the problem arised.my kyc gets rejected everytime i submitted.it says iec and gstin required although i chose individual instead of company .

                              I already paid around $120 for shipping via aramex, now they are charging custom duty for 7392 inr.
                              The bill clearly shows that its cost around $96, how can you change such a duty... More than 100%.

                                They don't provide any solutions. Two of my shipments are stuck with them in india. Both from usa but due to technical issues in kyc like consignee name and delivery address they are not sending the products i paid for.

                                      According to the latest customs regulation, individuals who have purchased any item need to just provide their Proof of Identity as KYC and do not need to provide any proof of address. The identity is then verified upon delivery by the delivery individual to match the Proof of Identity document. But Aramex keeps rejecting both my Aadhar and PAN card as KYC and I keep getting asked to resubmit.
                                      This is a pathetic, shameless, oblivious company with no understanding of procedure or Indian Laws and Regulations. It is also saddening that Amazon depends on such useless courier companies for their deliveries.\
                                      This company should be blacklisted by all e-commerce giants immediately, it does not deserve their service
