With utter disappointment i am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction in terms of shipping my courier to kingdom saudi arabia to my brother's address.

Hi i ordered products from iherb.com as it is shipped through aramex courier as aramex sent message to upload my kyc documents. I uploaded all my kyc documents everytime it is coming your kyc is rejected i have given my temporary address for shipment and that address is not matching my kyc address and i don't have my temporary address proof so kindly help...

I am constantly uploading my kyc documents on the link given by sms text. And even after uploading all the my documents also.

I ordered from nike.in and aramex is the courier career. A couple days back I recieved a message from aramex asking to submit KYC(know your customer) documents and I submited, the next day I recieved another message saying my documents have been rejected so I uploaded them again, this time i uploaded a copy of aadhar and pan both to be on a safer side, surprisingly that also got rejected and today i recieved an automated call from aramex...

I have ordered an amazon parcel from us and submitted my kyc to amazon already (This is important here that kyc is already submitted) and all of sudden aramex demands kyc again which is weird but still i ignored it and submitted my passport, pan card and other details 5 times in a row (Via link and email). I placed an order on march 5th from amazon.com. I got notified that the order is to be delivered by aramex courier from the united states to india. I also got notified that i need to provide my kyc documents for my order to be cleared at customs. I provided all the required documents through the link provided to me via sms. My overseas order is kept on hold and not being delivered by aramex ever since it landed in india.
They are consistently rejecting my kyc and asking again n again for submitting kyc.
Even after trying with different documents, i. E, aadhar and passport,
They are sending messages your kyc is being rejected.
I dont know why they are keeping it on hold maybe to extort some more corrupt money on the pertext of custom...

So i ordered a product from nike.com from my account for my brother so, the order has his name on it but the account has my name.

Aramax contacted me about kyc rejection, i uploaded mine, they were rejected, then i got my brother to upload his.
They get rejected too
How am i supposed to get my order cleared and who's kyc exactly should i upload if further needed...

I was asked to gige KYC documents for the shipping ID [protected]. The name in shipping address was Shafeeque Md which is a short form for my name, Muhammed Shafeeque A (according to Aadhar Card). Shipping address is my paying guest Hostel address also and I don't have any documents other than rent receipt. I have orderd a product from nike.com and was askwd to upload my kyc details. I have uploaded it several times but it is getting rejected every time.
I have also tried to contact aramex customer care but have not received any response from there side.
The worst experience ever had with a courier company.

I have complain many time for about my Parcel due to demanded KYC Doc. from Delhi Airport.

I send my KYC doc many time for custom clearance. but they did't acceping my doc. due to my Shooping Address is diferent from my KYC doc (Adhaar/ Votter Id) but this is one/ same person. There is no fake or any other bad charecter.
