Hi, Since last one month i am trying to get my parcel clear from customs but it stucked due to KYC, i have uploaded so any documents but still ARAMEX are too lazy to do anything. even i have send an email for authorization as they asked but no progess. Also i have called them many times but they dont provide correct information. always tells the lies.

Please help in clearing my parcel.

Pls pls pls dont get ur parcel by aramex and i herb

    Hello

    I had ordered a vinyl skin for iPad from dbrand.com through express delivery on 16/03/2023 which should’ve arrived the same week. This skin was suppose to be a gift to a family member so I’ve requested and paid for a quick delivery as soon as possible.
    The order was shipped on 20/03/2023 through Aramex to my address of ‘155, Poorna Chandrika House, Perumpilly, Mulanthuruthy kanjiramattom road, Ernakulam, Kerala, India 682314’ and since then my package is lost.

    On 21/03/2023, Aramex send me an email requesting my KYC documents for customs clearance on the package no. [protected]. I did share my necessary documents (passport, licence, bank statement, and also a fee receipt from my university all of which contained my legit address proof) but for no reason on 07/04/2023 they closed my case (no.[protected] and I was left it dark.
    I contacted and re send all my documents to [protected]@aramex.com multiple times but there wasn’t any update until on 17/ 04/2023 I send them my authorisation letter for customs purposes in both written and typed format with signature along with all the necessary documents yet again, with my ID [protected], still to no reply.
    Then I received a mail to my home post asking me to send necessary documents or else my package would be returned and I would have to pay for some services that I never availed.
    On 19/04/2023 all my documents and authorisation letter were accepted (as usual) along with a new case no. 13094233 and I waited for further notification.
    On 22/04/2023 I received a mail saying ‘KYC is verified from our end’ and the case was closed.
    Due to the positive response I waited for further instructions or better yet my package on my front door but then yet again, on 26:04/2023 I received a mail saying ‘attached your shipping invoice DL[protected] for your kind reference. Please settle this invoice according to your agreed payment terms.’
    I tried replying to the mail on payment details but there was no answer.
    I checked with all available aramex contact numbers to help me with my package and its payment or whatever so that I could have it delivered soon.
    I did not receive any help from anyone, even encountered some rude and unprofessional people on the other end of the call who acted as if they couldn’t care less. I even received a message from aramex customer care WhatsApp [protected] who enquired me on my issue and told me they can’t help me unless I’m a client on credit account pick-up list (?), and asked me to contact [protected] (which was the very same number I was texting them!) for help like some kind of sick joke. Then they failed to reply me for any texts putting me on read.

    Today is 06/05/2023 and I am still confused about my package. I’ve asked around and I’ve come to learn that mine isn’t a one time incident, but aramex India has been consistent in atleast making their customers confused and in the end, to lose their package with no apparent reason whatsoever.

    I need my package delivered to me, because I have complied to EVERY email and EVERY request as per needed, and I have consistently made it a point to call and check about this discrepancy but after all this effort I demand to atleast know WHY aramex India had failed to do their job.

      I have uploaded all the necessary KYC documents. My shipping address is different from my kyc address so I added EB bill as address proof. It’s a valid government bill also added property tax when it got rejected for light bill. Still it’s getting rejected. It’s been stuck in banglore for more than 15 days now.

        I shifted to a new house so I do not have the kyc documents for it.I tried contacting aramex but no no. or email to be found.
        Need an email or Contact to tell my situation and resolve it

          MY shipment: [protected]. Has been on hold in customs in Delhi it needs a KYC. So I uploaded my passport front and back and my home is in Mumbai but I am staying here in Delhi for a tournament and will be here till Aug, So I ordered my Shoes at this Office space that my team and I are using and it is not under my name it is under my management. please Tell me how you can update my KYC or what kind of document you need for my KYC because the name will never match as I am not a resident of Delhi. I am just a temporary resident here. There are no emails being sent no contact information to connect with and the worst part is they only sent me this WhatsApp msg stating your KYC failed ofcourse it's going to fail I am not from Delhi. I am temporarily living here. I need assistance my shoes are stuck for no apparent reason.

            I placed an order on NIKE.com and later received a phone call from Aramex regarding the submission of my KYC documents for custom clearance. But I did not receive any email or message with the link for the same.

              My name is Kris Gnopo, I purchase a Giannis Immortal 2 on Nike and you are supposed to be the logistic service I believe. It's been almost 2 weeks now that the product has been dispatched but for kyc reason it said I still won't be able to get the shoe. I don't know what is going on with you guys but I perfectly put everything that you ask for and I'm a student so I live on campus in parul University at Vadodara in Gujarat 391760 so I don't know what else you want. Everything is matching perfectly what I put on nike( the address on Nike is the same as on the bank statement and fees and id proof so I don't know what you want. Please I have an important tournament starting on 1 may and I urgently need the shoe so tell me what is the real problem. You will help me or refund me before the deadline?

                I have ordered a pair of shoes from Nike App and they have shipped same through Aramex courier but they have held my items in name of KYC required.I have provided every bit of KYC documents including Aadhaar Card, Passport, Pan, My Employer identity and certificate from employer regarding Address but all in vein...there consumer services are bad like hell.plaese help to resolve my complaint.

                  I still get mails telling me that my courier is going to get terminated but the app tells me it has been terminated and i regularly get mails telling me to upload the files necessary which i still do to this day and it has been over a month and this is all based on a sticker i ordered for less than 2000 ruppes which dosent even weigh 200g.. customer support is very poor and they do nothing to resolve this and get mad at their customers for asking about stuff .. i called about 5 offices and all 5 of them started getting mad at me instantly for no apparent reason .

                    Hi, I have been receiving messages stating that my kyc is rejected and I have also mailed my documents to the kyc department but haven’t received any response. The address on the delivery package might be missing couple of words but the address is legit because of which maybe the kyc is not getting through. Kindly let me know what should be done in order to resolve this issue asap.

                      I'm complaining about aramex because of a problem I'm facing due to my kyc details I've provided them with all the details but on one point my passport is getting rejected because it expired recently and I can't provide them with my driver licence or voter id card as I'm a minor and don't have these documents rest I provided them with all my details and adhar card and my address proof but because of my passport my parcel is stuck at customs and ut as an expensive product

                                I am a software engineer based in Bangalore, ordered a shoe from Nike.com, but all my National ID cards bear from my permanent address from another state.
                                Howev, even after submitting my Rent agreement of my current residence, all attempts to verify the KYC “due to Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC” still gets rejected.
                                It doesn’t make sense since I have always attached legit documents with proper delivery addresses in all my attempts to clear the KYC to clear customs

                                  EShopWorld vide our HAWB bill no. [protected], my kyc getting rejected everytime i have submitted the correct documents still the result is same. Can you please clear it.

                                        Despite of confirming KYC multiple times, they are sending KYC is not completed over and over again. The recipient lives in a hostel, I have given their college ID and fee receipt. They say the Delivery address doesn't match with the KYC document. The college ID has the address, I don't know what else I am supposed to do here. The shipment number is - [protected]. I have even mailed them and I have provided them with the required details, they are still yet to reply to that.
