    I got a message from aramex saying my package had arrived on 18.7.2018 but there has not been a single courier at my doorstep to deliver my package. I filed for a complaint twice on their website but i still have not received any response from the team. Also, when we do not go and take the package from their office they just send it back without even delivering it, and we even get a message saying an aramex courier tried to deliver your package at your house but there was no one at home while a single courier didn't appear.

      Aramex Couriers is suppose to deliver my courier on 19th July and a message was sent to me that it is out for delivery on 19th July 2018, 11:23 am. The is still not made yet. It is out for delivery for almost 3 days. Inspite of complain to Aramex customer care to deliver my courier the courier is not delivered to me yet. According to Aramex customer care they will escalate the problem as soon as problem but it is already more than 3 days.
      Aramex Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I ordered 3 products from ajio.com but aramax courier agent is not ready to to deliver those products always he’s giving silly excuses contact number of aramex agent is :[protected] . At the end he always message delivery was unsuccessful. Please help me outfit

        I have confirmed from SBI card cust care that my card will deliver before[protected]. but my card not delivered up to now.. please quarry it and confirm. On 16/07/2018 a call of delivery boy received by me at 0730 hrs by the phone no. [protected]. He enquire my address and said he will come tomorrow to deliver the card. But lapse of 3 days my card was not delivered. i want to get this card before 22/07/2018 as I have to proceed out of chandigarh on 23/07/2018.

          Hello,
          I wanted to register a complaint about the false status projection when I check the shipment status of my SBI credit card.
          Since last four days the status has been 'customer not available' whereas not even a single time that I've been contacted on my phone.
          I already registered the complaint through your customer care no. three to four times but no serious initiatives have been taken.
          I am frustrated and really disappointed in your service.
          If you will, please look into the matter on priority and let me know how many more days will it take my credit card to reach me.
          Or else I'll have to register a complaint with SBI that my card hasn't been delivered and that I was not contacted even once.

            I have ordered a camera accessories from Amazon (us) vide tracking I'd [protected]. Regarding kyc an email was sent to my another email"[protected]@yahoo.com"which is included in the Amazon account. A link is giving in this mail and so many times I tried to upload the document but during click on the save button previous page is coming repeatedly. So I couldn't understand that whether the document reached to you or not! Repeatedly mail is coming with a interval. So please help me as much as better you can do and send me feedback of getting kyc and send the proper link for it.

                Im not sure why i have navigated the entire site of aramex why do they not provide a single support contact email? The part where u submit assistance request is not working. They require kyc but have not bothered contacting me so where am i supposed to email them with required document?! This is gross negligence on their part and they should be held to account.

                  I have purchased one mobile from india and same has been taken with me to saudi arabia, recently same mobile started troublesshooting and required repair (One plus one company made), after thorough searching no service provider i found than decided send to india for repair.
                  Same mobile well packed and couriered from aaramex by tracking number ;[protected] after paying 80sar. I clearly got informed no other extra charges need to pay and consignment will be delivered safely. After reaching the consignment to india and aramex delivery boy informed to pay apporx 10500 inr as an custom duty fee?? Actually this mobile sent to my brother to take care repair activity, he got surprised by this huge amount to pay, after calling by him, he and me together refused to pay this fees.
                  For more clarification during booking my consignment, i attached invoice copy with mobile from where i purchased this mobile. It is clearly mentioned that mobile has been procured from india. Being an custom officer he cannot read the invoice details? Why i need to pay this huge amount while mobile procured from india? If new mobile and procured from saudi than i can understand to pay custom duty fee.
                  Based on above clarification, may i get support from you people to clear my consignment from custom department? How could this will help me to solve the concern?

                  I hope i clarified to you all details, please consider this mail as complaint or official clarification to deliver my consignment to said address without paying any duty fee.

                    I have my packagewith aramax..since two weeks I have been lodging complains but no one has taken up issue seriously and again it got undelivered...without even calling me..what I am suppose to do???
                    After emailimg to authorities still they have failed..and moreover they are not letting me talk to anyone..just fake assurance..lies...and call on hold..ridiculous service

                      I have ordered a iphone 7 (32 gb) jett black on 11th may 2018
                      On 15th may 2018.. Product were delivered but i didn’t receive any such product or packet!!
                      I complaint to amazon toll free number... They stats a complaint forwad to investigation!!
                      On update.. Local courier team have approach to me they also said they didnt gave package to me but they handed my package to other one!!
                      I dont know whose received my product!!

                      Here is the proof of delivery this is not my signature and also not my phone number!!
                      Even courier boy didnt call me!
                      How should carrier gave my courier to other withouth seeing his goverment id or without calling to given number!!
                      Aaramex jaipur manager mr. Manoj and delivered boy keshav accepted his mistake and apologies sorry to me that they didnt check id of the guy who collect the package or also didnt cross verify any information!!
                      I have attached pod (Proof of delivery) with this
                      Kindly check that this phone number and signature are not of mine!!
                      Why i payable for the mistake of courier company!!
                      I seriously do legally action about branch manager mr. Manoj or delivered boy keshav from jhotwara branch in consumer court!!
                      I do very strict action possible all that because i loose my higher value of amount!!

                      Cheated to customers
                      Illiterate guys courier delivery boy
                      Seriously very afraid and scared about my order!!

                        I have ordered a product from amazon im facing this problem 1st time by the aramex company to upload kyc documents since i have already submited the kyc documents during
                        My order :[protected] now im getting a call saying upload ur kyc documents or ur order will be not deliver by aramex if i was knowing i would face this type of problem about aramex i would have not order this product why amazon choosed aramex there are better corriers but still i tired to upload the kyc documents but they are saying ur photo size is too large now please give me suggestion to get my order

I tried attaching this document to the link but there was an error so it couldn't be done. This is what is was showing: server error in '/kyc' application. Could not load file or assembly 'aramex. Ftp, version=5.0.0.0, culture=neutral, publickeytoken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

                            Hello, greetings from mumbai, india. I have ordered jewellery from linkshe company usa. My shipment number [protected], has already arrived in mumbai airport and it shows as parcel held for kyc documents. I keep on getting messages on my cell daily to upload kyc document. I am overseas on ship and so my cell calls are not active as no network. Everyday when i try to upload kyc document a window opens up asking username and password. I put in linkshe username and password. The page blanks out says invalid credentials. I have uploaded my national id document herewith on this site with this message. Kindly note that and deliver my parcel. I believe yours is an internationally well known couriers and such hassles lead to wastage of my time and damage of your esteemed reputation.                               I am jerry varghese, awb number is [protected], i have paid for the delivery and aramex promised to deliver the product within 5-10 days. They have started the process by 9/4/2018 and it has been reached in kalwa, mumbai by 19/4/2018 from china and status showing out for delivery. Since 3 days it is not delivered. Contacted many times customer care and they are telling, we are forwarding your request and nothing is happening. This is some kind of cheating and mental harassment, i am waiting to get the product.
                              It is going to become 13 days and whenever calling customer care, they are just telling the same it will deliver we are forwarding the request.

                              Awb number is [protected] and it is marked as out for delivery since 19/4/2018. Not yet delivered.
                              On 19/4/2018 i called customer care team and made a query regarding the delivery and they said it is going to deliver.
                              On 20/4/2018 again called up them thrice and asked, they forwarded the complaint but not delivered.
                              Today that is 21/4/2018 again i called and spoke with mr. Arvind who is a senior
                              Executive and he assured it is going to be delivered today itself but not yet delivered.
                              What is going on? R u people making us fool?

                                      I recently ordered a product from lookfantastic.co. Uk and i had paid for the product including international shipping rate of 500 rupees. But even then i was charged 913 rupees customs charges upon delivery. Half of the product's price. Could you care to explain this rip-off? I didn't order gold. It was a hair oil. I have received international shipping before but never in my life have i been this shocked on levied customs charges. I would like a proper explanation and the means of refund.
