I was so excited to use it. It's my daily use purpose

    Hi,

    I have a package shipped from usa to hyderabad, india.

    Tracking number: [protected]

    The package contains products worth $29 (Apprx 1998 inr) and according to customs department mumbai packages worth below 2000 inr are duty free.

    However, aramex wants me to pay 1400 inr as custom duty for releasing my package. I have sent them numerous emails, called many times to their customer care and explained that customs duty is not applicable on my package.

    2 months have passed, still they are not releasing my package

      I ordered an item through amazon global store on 19.112017 and it was to be shipped by aramex couriers from a place in usa and as recommended i submitted my kyc document at amazon website and later on 24.11.2017 i got a mail from aramex asking me to submit kyc document for which i submitted my aadhaar card by afternoon that day. Now these are the problems i faced
      1. Despite submitting my kyc documents at two instances the delivery got delayed citing the reason that kyc document submission pending. I tried contacting aramex but failed multipled times and so i contacted amazon who managed to clear the delivery from customs.
      2. The package was out for delivery on 04.11.2017 11.00 pm and i did not get any visit nor any call from the delivery person, and this i can proove from the register maintained at my apartment, my call logs and also from the cctvs at my apartment and the delivery was wrongly marked as attempted delivery but person not available. This i say is a clear case o[censored]nethical practice and also constitutes fraud.
      I made a complaint regarding this at amazon and as usual i was unable to contact aramex.

        Worst experience with aramex, My friend from china send a parcel via aramex their local office said with in maximum 4days it will come to my door but 30days after also not received,
        They are asking kyc doctuments again and again after submitting also, please help me my tracking id

          I have bought a lot from amazon global, deliveries have been made. My kyc is both with amazon and aramex. (Passport & aadhar)

          But there are continuous delays and a demand for my kyc!!!

          This is clearly shameful and harassing. Decided not to buy any more from amazon / aramex.

          I believe the kyc is only an excuse, the money paid at the point of placing the order is used else where and this is an excuse while funds are arranged. Misappropriation and cheating?

                I contacted the customer service severaltimes but havent heard a valid reason from them at all. My shipment has been put on hold for some reason i dont know what. I received a text msg with a link to know your customer document and i did link my kyc details, but my seller asked to fill kyc details again but the link was expired and i tried several times but could not. How and what am i suppose to do in order to receive my shipment. Please revert asap. It has been two months since the package has been held in customs hub bangalore. I even made compliants in aramex website but still there is no response.

                  Hello,

                  I have ordered an item in amazon and they sent it via aramex couriers. The most irresponsible courier server i have ever seen. They failed to deliver me the product even after two delivery attempts for no reason.

                  The delivery guy didn't call me at all and when i called aramex to find out whats happening - the just told they will escalate the issue. When i asked for contact number for delivery guy, they simply told they cant give it. How on earth would i know whether its gonna deliver or not when they don't give number and the delivery guy didn't call me at all. Finally the shipment not delivered to me even on 2nd day when it was out for delivery. They simply kept the status as customer not available. What the heck, i was waiting for the shipment since 2 days and they simply didn't call me at all and kept the status like that. This is so frustrating and irresponsible in case of aramex and never seen such a courier service who doesn't care to deliver and doesn't care to call and keep false status on tracking page.

                  I want this to be sorted out immediately.

                  Today is the second day it was out for delivery and they didn't deliver. I want my product to be delivered tomorrow at any cost as its important shipment for me. How can a company keep its trust when they do such irresponsible things. I want the issue to be sorted asap and my shipment to be delivered tomorrow.

                    I ordered 2 watches from amazon us. It's been shipped through aramex courier. I received a link from aramex to upload my kyc documents in order to clear the customs. But the links are not working. It says "object moved to here".
                    I tried creating a account to upload the document. But couldn't find the page or form to upload the document. Can anyone help me out here please?

                          I did an online shopping for a sky blue selfie kurti

                          I got the parcel, when i opened it i got one joint pieces of cheap clothes red and blue color and one is very bad kurti

                          When i tried to contact them, their number is showing not reachable.
                          I have given 744.86 rupees to the courier guy (Aramex). It was cash on delivery. Do the needful otherwise i will file a case in consumer court and will make sure they will never deal in any kind of business again.

                            kyc documents upload

                            Hi, i ordered a fog machine form china & is shipped by aramex, i received a massage saying upload your kyc details, i received it twice but was not aware it gets expired within 30 min, now the link does not work & i have not received that msg again for last 24 hours. There is no link to upload kyc document on their website. I filled "request for custom clearance" details on aramex website but no link appears for uploading kyc details. Please...

                            My order under tracking no. [protected] from amazon is rejected due to non clearance of customs. I have insistently been trying to upload my kyc documents images in the aramex link provided in my mail without any success. The link just halts after some time on submission and the next page i see of the expired link and error traces. I also followed the link ‘request custom clearance-aramex’ and filled the mandatory slabs, yet i haven’t been contacted for further directions. The company website doesn’t even have a customer support system for query. Since i am hitting the wall at every attempt, i will just resort to twiddling my thumbs.

                                Well your customer care representative already told that it is in custom

                                My concern is regarding awb [protected]

                                Why didn’t you update the status on your website? That the item is in customs or arrived at customs in india?

                                You just keep the status last from the other country and not update here just because if you update the same people will start calling you!
                                Now what you want to show in public is that their was a flight delay and you guys are very fast in custom clearence?

                                Please note this is an unfair trade policy and you are misleading your clients by not providing the correct status willingly,
                                Im using the aramex since 2014 and around 30-40 shipments but now i don’t want to use it anymore you guys don’t take your business seriously now.

                                I can’t left my clients in an unpredicted delivery time like you

                                As per your representatives the govt changed rule so their is delay now
                                I think rules are same for all leading shipment services providers like fedex and dhl
                                Or their is special rules for you!

                                Those companies doesn’t do the fraud like you
                                Im notifying this to you and request to forward this to your respective authorities.

                                Im also notifying this to the international consumer protection and enforcement network and file a complaint their also, as i don’t think you guys will take this seriously.

                                Also i try to post this on other social sites as more and more people should aware about you and don’t make such mistakes

                                Please understand the value of our time, money and sorry we can’t misguide our clients like you.
                                Why to pay 30-50 usd for a shipment if the time is same like a 10 usd registered post.

                                  I have received this no from armex// who i dont have any contact, but got message after i ordered for a curtain.. Which i didnt even know its a foregn assignment and i had to pay in dollars.. I had no way at all to contact. Except your message to the consignment no.. Now aramex keep on messaging with a link which is never active. This i just found from google and i m trying to find out.. Where should i do kyc and y,, all i ordered is a curtain for which i should be harazzed.. Pls do som direct links where i can operate,, your link sent 2 time not active.

E 23rd september 2017, till now its still stuck in customs, my seller has attached the commercial invoice, i have mailed my adhar card on time but till now there has been no progress from their part. Customer care is rude and does not give right answers. Please help me out with these aramex people. I am suppose to receive it in bangalore but it is still in mumbai airport. I have written multiple request mails, called customer care several times but they dont bother at all. My only hope is this forum now.
                                    Aramex Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
