    Dear Sir/Madam Mera naam Pradeep Sonawane he. Mene Sukeshni Sonawane ke naam se December mahine me Nova company ka trimmer e-bay ke through order kiya tha jiska track id [protected] and Order Id [protected] he jo muze ab tak deliver nahi hua he. Muze 15 Dec ko e-bay se mail aaya ki your order has been delivered today. Me jab order ki enquiry ke liye Jalgaon ke Aramax office me gaya to pata chala ki unke delivery boy ne khud wo trimmer rakh liya he jo mene offer me order kiya tha. Offer me muze Rs 201 ka trimmer Rs 101 me milne wala tha. Unke office ke logo ne kaha ki cash on delivery to tha, fir se order kar do. Muze unse koi positive response nahi mila tab mene unke mumbai ke costumer care me call kiya or sab detail bataya tab unhone muzse mera address or detail manga or surety di ki apki delivery apko mil jayegi. But kuch dino tak wait karne ke baad fir mene call kiya to wahi story muze repeat karna pada. Unke paas meri previous complain ka koi detail nahi tha, fir se muze wahi jawab sunne ko mila. Fir kuch dino tak mene wait kiya or fir call kiya. Me ab tak 4 baar call kar chuka hu or muze koi positive response unke customer care center se bhi nahi mil raha he, mera time or paisa waste ho raha he. Ab to unke costumer care walo ne ye bol diya he ki hame product delivered dikha raha he, ham kuch nahi kar sakte. Ab muze bataiye meri galati kya he, mera problem kon solve karega. Me chahta hu ki Mera same product offer rate me mile or mera itne din jo mentally harassment hua he uske liye company pe action liya jaye. Ye compony customers ke problems ke baare me bilkul serious nahi he. Yaha par product ke rate ki baat nahi he, baat sahi or galat ki he. Or aisi companies jo costumer ko kachra samzte he unpar action liya jana chahiye. I am really much mentally harassed because of this matter. Mene e-bay company ko bhi mail kiya tha but unhone bhi kuch response nahi diya. Aramex ko 1 mail or 4 baar call kar chuka hu but no response from that company.       My HomeShop18 order number[protected] with AWB [protected] was to be delivered on 9 jan 2016 by Aramex courier. My complaint is that the delivery boy of Aramex was very unprofessional and rude because of which I had to cancel the order. I hope Aramex takes a note of this and invest more in training there staff on how to interact with customers. This will be beneficial to both Aramex and their customers.

        Hi, my courier from US to India was delivered by Aramex...they claim that customs duty is Rs 6000+, which works out to 100% of value of goods ! the customs duty demand is printed on letter head of Aramex, with no mention of Customs Dept reference number...they are fake and charging in the name of Customs Dept...please resolve

            Messages for KYC

            Hi, this is regarding the messages you send for KYC documents to be uploaded on your site. Inspite of doing it i keep getting messages with the AWB Number atleast 10 times a day . It is very disturbing when these messages are sent at 3 AM. Even after the product has been delivered i keep getting these messages all through the day. Kindly update your system because your service for sure is horrible. Products which i have received a week...

            They send me a sms which says that the item is out to deliver...
            I was waiting for the products...
            I cancelled all the important works and all just to receive the products...
            Few hours later i got a sms which says that we attempted to deliver the products...
            Now you will get the products on next businessdays
            This Is very wrong...
            They never attempted to ship the products...

              I ordered merchandise from online retailer in Chennai. The merchandise was address to a receiver in Chennai. The retailer handed the package to Aramex courier on 10/31. Aramex have not delivered the package to the receiver as of 11/4/2015 Midnight. I have called Aramex customer service asking for the reason why the package have not delivered. Customer service representative at the call center does not provide any information other than the package is at a facility and we will investigate why it has not been delivered. Customer service representative at the call center tell me the package is untraceable beyond that.This is a valuable package and time sensitive to be delivered to the receiver. Aramex customer support manager or any one of authority refuses to speak with me to resolve this matter.

                I have purchased a suitcase from VIP bags online from this website http://shop.vipbags.com/.. I placed my order on 14th of October from Hyderabad English and Foreign Languages University.. They gave me a link via Aramex courier where it is written that ithe suitcase has reached hyderabad.. and everyday i call this Aramex service and everyday they are telling me that they will deliver it that day but it is still not being delivered.. I don't know what to do.. now i'm even thinking that this VIP bags website is fake.. Is it? can someone confirm for me? Ad what about this Aramex service.. is it even real?? do they give fake tracking id?

                  Dear sir, I was put an order for Htc 626 g+ on 20/10/2015 on ebay at same time i payment online for product.seller sent order on 24 by aramex courier ltd. from 27/10/2015 my packet is in kanpur office but no one is trying to deliver my packet. today i hav got a sms at my reg. mob.no.[protected] that "your order from ebay via aramex order no.[protected] is out for delivery". where ur cust care exec. told me that ur delivery area is beyond delivery area that is wrong. my shipment address is hardly 2 kms far from aramex kanpur branch. Both ebay & aramex sites comments are conflicting abt this mattter. Kandly find the attatchment for proof. Plz do the needfull.                     Shipment Number: [protected] Pickup Date 01/10/2015 Shipment was supposed t be delivered by 5th October as per ebay. But it has not been delivered yet. Moreover there is no update about the whereabouts of the shipment.                     Aramex Courier Service is the worst courier service in India. I ordered another product one day ordering this one. It was delivered on 5th october by the professional courier services. Dont understand why ebay uses this cheap courier.

We had telephonic as well as email conversations regarding the service. ARAMEX agreed to provide service and VAT paid bill. But surprisingly after payment is made and households are shipped aramex deferred to pay tax paid bill. The payment is made through NEFT. All dealing are done with Mr Shashi shukla at aramex. Also most of my items are received in damaged conditions worth Rs 20, 000/-. I have informed aramex regarding this but there is no response and they are also not ready to send tax paid bill for the services. Resolution expected: 1. VAT paid bill 2.                         With Reference to the airway # [protected], i have imported a used iPhone 6. I have used many freight forwarding/shipment services, however initially i found this ShopandShip.com was economy hence i used this service on a regular basis. recent days service of this company has become so bad and responsive they consider charging you as duty amount for anything and everything which is totally irrelevant. recently i have purchased an iPhone through eBay.com for $350 for which i have Paypal and eBay payment details. I used ShopandShip.com to ship this item to India. From here everything started. When they initiated this shipping for the 2nd day which was still in the USA warehouse, they updated duty amount as 8k in their website which made me clueless (which is way too high), on what basis this was charged because the item was still in USA . since I wanted to clarify this, I sent out an email to (Sneha and Anuradha) support team with all the details and calculations that why they have charged this much amount of duty as it was supposed to be less. A day later I got a response from them saying it was calculated on the cost of $550 which is totally irrelevant as there seems to be no bill in the parcel. However nobody bothered to ask a copy invoice, ShopandShip.com themselves has assumed an amount and charged me the duty. When this was asked, they asked me collect the shipment by paying the duty amount then they will sort this out. Later while I was collecting the shipment/ parcel, parcel pouch was turn out. Due to this I couldn’t find the invoice or anything part from a cell phone which was damaged. The phone has many dings on it across the body of the phone and there is a clear 2 scratches on the screen. When this was informed with prof, they said they will ask for a insurance claim. Today they came back saying insurance claim was rejected dint even provided claim ID . This is very disappointing I need someone responsible should answer me with the proper solution. Because in the name of custom/duty companies are looting people. This is not the first time as last time they have charged me duty of 300Rs for 70Rs product bumper. ([protected]) They never solve any ones concerns or issue, they know only charging unnecessary fees even after having some 30 to 40 email conversations.

                                      I ordered a pack of 10 of 5w LED bulbs from rediff a week back. I received it from OM electricals, Faridabad via Aramex courier. Though the pack appeared intact from outside, inner box was tampered either by the local courier or somebody in between. One bulb was stolen and nine were in the box. the local courier is denying it. I must get the bulb after whatever action rediff takes. I wont go for rediff in future and advice others not to. Tn. no. 23193620, order no. 12002957courier code: [protected]..
