I ordered a phone from Mumbai on 17th March 2010. It was supposed to be delivered to my office address by 18th March 2010 afternoon. The phone came to the office at 2.00 PM on 18th march but the Courier services people did not send it till 10.00 PM. When I called up the office, Mr. Punit Shukla who is the Branch Manger, said that the guy who stays in my area will be going home at 2.00 AM on 19th march so he asked me if it is ok to deliver the phone at that time. I told him that I cannot stay awake at such a late night and Courier people shold work according to my convenience. I should not be working by their convenience. I had a flight to take on 19th march which I had to postpone by one day and I had to bear loss of the Air ticket which is Rs. 5500. When I called up Mr. Shukla on 19th March in the morning, he said that I cannot come and give the parcel to you pesonally because I have to go to Ahmednagar. I told him that I have cancelled my flight just to get the parcel and now you should delay your trip to Ahmednagar and come to my office first. But, he refused to come. This is the worst service I have ever seen in my life. I should get a refund of Rs. 5500 which I lost because of the too bad service that Aramex Courier services has shown towards the customer. Let me know if I can get justice.

Dear Mr. Pathak,

Thank you for brining this incident to our attention, we have launched an investigation into the case . Our investigation revealed that the shipment was a part of the load that was held by Octroi Vigilance team for verification hence the same reached our office in the afternoon when the couriers had left for pick up. Whilst communicating with your kind self we tried having the same delivered to you late at night however the timing was not convenient.

The shipment was delivered to your good self the next day morning. We apologize for the delay in delivery however sometimes unforeseen situations as this impact the delivery schedules.

We request you to consider the above and allow us to regain your trust in the near future.

    I have sent one 200gms Sample of Natural Sesame, to Octrober City,(through Alexandria),Egypt,through Aramex Courier Receipt Nos.[protected] dtd.23.01.2010. The Courir People has delivered the party of the enclosed documents to the party(which was meant for Customs) ,they have till date not delivered the parcel to the party. The Parcel is not cleared from the Customs by the Aramex Courire, Though on website they are showing that the parcel is delivered on 31.01.2010.

    On complaining them they are just telling me to ring the my customer ,to contact their Egyptian Office at Alexandria. My customer has visited so many times, but till date no sample is delivred to him.

    Due to this I have lost one Export Order worth,USD 310000.00,(rate confirmed by the Customer,Indian rate is higher )and customer is now not responding to my mails.

    Your immeidate action in the matter will be hihgly apprciated.

      I got a mail from the British National Lottery saying that i have won a sum of 1,000,000 Million piounds and they managed to take Rs 6,00,000 from me saying that the encashment will be done after i pay the cash. Below are the mails which i got. I know i shouldn't be beliving these kind of mails but what to do it was full proof plan. I got entangled in it like an insect in the spiders web. Please do something for me so that i can get back atleast some of the expense which i had to made.

      Hello Nikhil, agreed that it is fruad, but aramex is out of it. there is no email address exist for aramex.

        I used your bank ATM (SBI) sadar bazar Ambala Cantt- haryana

        on dtt 30/01/2010 i self withdrawl Rs.500/- at time 21:16:27 on same dtd Rs.16000/- 21:17:56 after 1andhalf mins that is not my withdrawl after five days i will be check my statement it showing Unsufficient Balance haveing Rs.53/- in my account.

        Last three days i will be rounding your Bank S.B.I sadar Bazar Ambala Cantt nut nobudy help me out.

        i met the Bank Manager he said its your fault.

        but i humbly requested to all kindly investegate my case ASAP.

          Sir/Ma'm,
          I placed an order with India times shopping which was shipped to me thru' Aramex Courier.( docket no. [protected].)
          The product was an MP3 player. The product was lost in transit by the courier service ,which was confirmed by the courier personnel itself but on the web site of Aramex couriers the above docket no. status is DELIVERED which is totally a BLATANT LIE as the parcel is not delivered till date moreover the courier persons are rude also.

              I on line shopping through Indiatime shopping & express shopping those are my order shipped on 16/11/2009 and 21/11/2009 by Aramex India Pvt.Ltd. Mumbai to Aramex India Pvt.Ltd. New Delhi but my shipment is till date not delivered to me.

              hi, my name is naina and i called up aramex new delhi office in month of november for rates to UK. i had to send 2 leather belts to UK to my friend. upon calling their "so called call center" lady picked up the phone and asked me if i am a regualr client of aramex. i said no and i asked her to confirm me the charges..she confirmed me the charges and for further conection hse asked me to hold the line.. she spoke with someone mr Tuli, who as per lady is a manager..i could easliy hear that that gentleman mr tuli yelled at her and asked that lady not to tranfer a call to him..it is strange that an MNC has a manager whoe does not care about the custoemrs and refused to take a call.. finally i was so upset that i sent the parcels through TNT...

              is it how aramex appoints the manager whoe has refused to take a call and what is their HR department doing. some day a criminal and black listed person can enter aramex any time and no wonders that customers are shouted at and abused...i recommend not to use aramex and at least pleas dont speak with this crap called tullli

                I enquired with the bank, they informed me that they haven't recieved the check.

                  Lost my Labour ID card of Dubai in Courier
                  Dear Sir,

                  I sent one Envelope via "ARAMEX COURIERS" (Docket No. [protected], Pick Up agency : Balaji Courier & Cargo, C-19, Main Road, Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj, Delhi-70) on dated 21/07/2009 to Dubai(UAE), In that Envelope I putted my Labour ID card issued by Government of Dubai on behalf of my company(Work Permit No.[protected], that Card I sent back in my company for my Visa cancellation.

                  When the courier received by in Dubai Office, they told that when the opened Aramex Polythene, the envelope was totally empty, there is nothing inside it, even that envelope is already opened by someone before delivering, and that opened space is enough to took that "LABOUR CARD" out from that

                  Its really a very much serious thing, If I not submit my card on time, so my visa will not get cancel and i will not be able to get the new visa from dubai, and i will surely loose my New assignments in Middle east, A small mistake from ARAMEX side is able to waste my whole professional career, and also if that labour card is took out by some wrong persons, so they can misuse the card in various ways, and all responsibility is only by "ARAMEX COURIERS"

                  After that, I sent several mails to customer support team/Courier Pick Up Agency/Top Management to ARAMEX in Dubai and Delhi, but they are even not bother to reply on my mail.They are just passing the things internally, and not responding to me, that mails even I marked to CEO level person in ARAMEX, but they also not bother to reply me and not take any single step to sort out my sitution.

                  I am really in great trouble, As i am not able to get my old visa cancel, and will not be eligible to apply for a new visa in Dubai, All that of because I choose ARAMEX for couriering my ID Card, and I advise every customer, Kindly think twice to send their couriers via ARAMEX Couriers, As you well understand that how they are treating their customers and even the Top Management are also not bothering for any complain, So we can, t expect any thing from the Middle/Lower level management of ARAMEX

                  Kindly try to sort out my issue and feedback are most welcome,

I have been told by the BRITISH NATIONAL LOTTERY, that I have won 85, 000.00 pound and they told me to contact aramex courier express for delivery with the inditification code which is GEC-NL092-7216.I have contacted them with all the requirements and they told me to pay 989 pound for express courier delivery .there fore I just want to make sure is that true I have won the british national lottery and is aramex courier eesxprs your client? .please help me to the trueth becouse I am ready to pay them the money .

                    I believe this to be a con. I also got email from them but didnt go ahead with 2 email to them. I would not pay anyone that amount on the details in a email that seemed to be random. I got the same identification code
                    This is totally fraud. i got the the same letter and the same code. Dont spend a penny for it.
                    you will loose it all.
                    I'm also receive email same with you on 13th July, 2009 that I have won British National Lottery for the amount of 850, 000.00 Great Britain Pound Sterling. I want to inform you that they are CHEATING PEOPLE and dont pay any payment to them, if not you will LOSS YOUR MONEY.

                    i won 850, 000 pounds yay, when i said to the courier company to send it cod they said hey wouldn't, so i said if they honor the courier fee i would gladly pay them 5000 pounds for there generosity. of course i got no response cause its a scam, but i wanted to have fun with them plz people do not give these scammers any money.

                      I agree with you. This seems to be big name company but very poor delivery system. The items are only delivered on papers. No real delivery of the items. Vinay

                        Dear Sir,

                        Sub: - Goons sent by ARAMEX COURIERS for Parcel Collection


                        It is highly regretted to inform you the following for your immediate action.

                        1. I have bought a MP4 Player from Rediff shopping and after several requests as it was defective from the time of receipt, rediff has informed that they have instructed their official Couriers to collect the parcel.

                        2. Initially I have informed ARAMEX COURIERS that only after replacement I will be able to give it to Couriers for sending back to rediff.

                        3. Then a lady from Rediff has told me that replacement or money will be paid back only after return when I talked to her on the next day and I have informed the ARAMEX COURIERS to collect the same in the next day.

                        4. But for a very long time, almost a month there was no action in spite of sending many mails, reminders and talking to the rediff people.

                        5. On 3rd July 2008, I have received a call from ARAMEX COURIERS that they want to collect the parcel and it was mutually agreed that the parcel will be collected on 4th July 2008 between 16.30 to 18.00 hrs after making a call to me, before coming for collection by ARAMEX COURIERS.

                        6. The Goon who is appointed by ARAMEX COURIERS had come to my building at 20.30 hrs and contacted me for collection of the parcel. I have received a call from ARAMEX COURIERS also by around 20.35 Hrs, stating that the delay was due to a vehicle breakdown of the goon and it was mutually agreed that the parcel will be collected on 5th between 9.30 to 10.30 Hrs on 5th July 2008.

                        7. On 5th July’2008, the Goon had without even making a call or taking permission, has intruded into my house at around 15.00 Hrs, when my elderly parents and my teen age daughter were present and my father through my neighbor has made a call to me when I was in a driving class.

                        8. Since my parents or my daughter were not aware of anything they have made a call thro. My neighbor and my neighbor had given the telephone to that goon to talk to me.

                        9. When I asked him, why he has come without taking an appointment or without making a call, the Goon started behaving very rudely, started shouting at a loud noise and using unparlimentary words, stating that we will meet dare consequences.

                        10. Immediately, I have talked to one Mr.Balaji of Sales and Mr.Ravi of ARAMEX COURIERS and made a complaint to them about the Goons Rude behavior and Mr.Balaji had left the office without taking any action. I came to know the name of the goon as Nethaji of ARAMEX COURIERS.

                        11. After going to my house my parents have told me that, they sought the help of my neighbor due to the problem that the goon has entered the flat making huge noise by shouting at the time of entering the flat.

                        Now my Questions are,

                        1. Whether ARAMEX appoints only Goons?
                        2. Are ARAMEX and REDIFF SHOPPING colliding together?
                        3. Is there any system being followed in ARAMEX COURIERS especially to contact the customers?
                        4. If there is a system, whether all your employees are aware of it?
                        5. Is there a system of monitoring the behaviour of employees, especially those who are in contact with customers?
                        6. Do you have a system of collecting customer feedback and redressal forum?
                        7. If the system is not being followed, what action ARAMAX is going to take on erring Employees??
                        8. What is the action ARAMEX is going to take on Goons like, Nethaji?

                        I request ARAMEX COURIERS to take suitable actions against the Goon Nethaji and send proof about the actions taken against the goon Nethaji before 16.00 hrs of 7th July 2008 failing which, I have no other option except to file a complaint against him for intrusion into my house and using unparlimentary words with rude behaviour apart from threatening all in the house with dare consequences.

                        I will also file a suit against ARAMEX COURIERS as well as Rediff shopping for their involvement in sending such goons.


                        I will be sending a copy of this letter to M/S Rediff as well as post it in the complaints forum if no information on actions taken has been received before 16.00 Hrs. on 7th July 2008, Monday.

                        I am least surprised. I sent two packages on Aramex Valueexpress from Libya to Calcutta INDia.In both case the packages were opened--- In the first case they damaged an expensive kitchen gadget beyond repair and in teh second an electric jug was lost.In both cases thye just refused to entertain and kept mum.
                        i didnt receive the book sent by ARAMEX COURIERS. IT SUCKS
                        One of the most pathetic service I ever Used.
                        I've to receive some coupons which are being expired in next 4 days (on 31st July), and out there for past 10 days (within same city - Bangalore), but didn't receive yet.

                        Aramex picked up my order on 7th Nov. @ 7.00 pm (Docket-[protected]) ( from Letsbuy warehouse Kirtinagar Delhi (LBS581016) to deliver it Rohini Sec 8. There after it is been 4 days and my order still
                        moving Aramex different offices (as per tracking), noida to mahipalpur to mayapuri branch i called up cople of times to talk Aramex and they nonsense repeat the same above tracking story.

                        if they are not capable enough to delivery within Delhi circle in 4 days from delhi itself (till), then what about for outstation delivery ?
                        i strongly recommend never go for this PATHETIC Aramex services.

                        yes i agree they are not worth having a courier company they steal and also lie many times so that if many parcels in that area is available they will come otherwise ur parcel is taken for granted or even lost
