I have made an order for Nike Shoes and the reference number is [protected]. Aramex couriers have rejected my KYC 3 times in just under 24 hours, which is ridiculous. There is no way you can contact them, no helpline numbers and if you submit a complaint request they will say it is processing.

Secondly, I have submitted my voter card and Aadhar Card for my KYC, though I'm living in a temporary address for which I do not have any address proof as this is an army cantonment. Therefore, I have submitted an official document from the army HQ stating that the person residing in the given address is me and is signed by the higher authority. I would like Aramex Couriers to consider this and clear my shipment from customs.

      Consignment/bill number - [protected]

      I have repeatedly completed my KYC. shared office ID card (delivery address proof) along with passport and PAN Card but they keep rejecting it saying that the delivery address does not match.

        Aramex Couriers - KYC rejected due to mismatch of delivery address, even after submitting rent agreement and electricity bills

        I am a student currently studying and based in Bangalore, however all my National ID cards bears the address of my permanent home address from another state.
        However even after multiple attempts to clear the KYC for customs of my order from Nike.com, it keeps getting rejected “due to Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC.”
        I have submitted my rent agreement and electricity bills and have attached legit documents...

        I am a student studying in Bangalore, ordered a shoe from Nike.com, but all my National ID cards bear from my permanent address from another state.
        However even after submitting my Rent agreement and electricity bill of my current PG, all attempts to verify the KYC “due to Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC” still gets rejected.
        It doesn’t make sense since I have always attacked legit documents with proper delivery addresses in all my attempts to clear the KYC to clear customs

          I had ordered 2 pair of shoes from Nike which is presently stucked in custom clearance since i am not been able to provide the delivery address proof.
          I have ordered at my office address and has put a sub name (Häcker Kitchens) for my company instead of the exact name (Kanu Kitchen Kulture) while ordering howevere the rest of the address is correct and matches with my order details.
          I have submitted the KYC thrice by attaching all relevant identity proofs along with my company salary slips, visiting card etc. as an address proof.

            I have given a different address for delivery than my permanent address mentioned on my KYC documents but i attached supporting document for delivery address in the form of Bank account book which has mentioned the same address. What should i do?

              Hi, my Nike order has gotten stuck in customs. Aramex asked to provide KYC info for identity & delivery address proof. I did both but they're rejecting it cause address in my Identity proof (my aadhar card one) doesn't match with the one I provided for address proof ( my flat rent agreement where I live currently). What am I supposed to do when I don't live in my natives. It doesn't make any sense. Please look onto this matter & try to fix it ASA

                I’ve submitted all the necessary documents with a declaration letter for the KYC but they’ve rejected it and It’s been weeks since I’m dealing with the same issue. Kindly note the following details about the said parcel and do the needful.

                  Please be informed that we'd sending our small courier mostly up-to 0.500kg (85-90%)and rest more than 1kg.

                  In month of March and April 2022 they mistakenly raise from our weight from 0.500 kg to 1.5 kg which was clearly mismatched our records as well their system records. This had lead to increase in the invoice amount by 25-35%.

                  We raised our concern with their sales person but avail no result.

                  We want to settle this issue asap.

                      I ordered a nike shoes on 7th novemeber. And was asked to submit kyc. I submitted it and since i am a student living in different city to study my kyc is being rejected again and again. I even submitted my rent agreement with address highlighted still its being rejected. And the worse thing is i have paid for the shoes still being panicked by this kind of behaviour. This is ridiculous service and they are not even trying to contact me properly and try to resolve this issue. Please just give me my damn package.

                            The courier is handled by aramex today i got the message that that your KYC uploaded document has been rejected due to "Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC. Please share KYC Document in consignee name and matches the delivery address."
                            There is a little mismatch is documents because i have entered the whole address the street name etc which is not mentioned in the document.
                            Please help me out here

                              My KYC address is of Bhilai, Chattisgarh, India (Permanent Address) and my shipment address is Manipal, Karnataka, India as I am currently residing in a hostel in Manipal university and my current address is Room-106, Block-8, MIT campus, Manipal Karnataka - 576104 which is different from the KYC document so to confirm my identity and address proof I have submitted my University ID card, Hostel fee receipt, aadhar card on Aramex which consists of my current address therefore I request you to consider the same and let it get delivered to Manipal Address.

                                I have provided all the necessary documents for customs clearance, my aadhar card front and back and as my delivery is at a different address than that on my documents, I have provided an electricity bill for the address of delivery, but it keeps on getting rejected, my order is from www.nike.com and order number is [protected].

                                    Ordered a shoe from nike.com.
                                    As asked by aramex to submit documents for kyc. I has submitted my documents multiple times. They do reject kyc every time. As the kyc documents doesn't match the delivery address.
                                    And attached the electricity bill as a address proof. Again rejected as the electricity bill doesn't hold the same name as of kyc documents. This is getting too troublesome. As if a person ordering as for gifting purpose shouldn't place a order as these people will get In a situation where nobody is ready to help.
