Aramex Couriers — Cannot be cleared from customs because previously shared KYC is rejected due to: Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC

I had ordered a product from Nike and i was asked to submit kyc documents. i submitted everything immediately and still kept receiving the message where it says kyc rejected. this is absolutely terrible. i have been sitting entire day and submitted all the right kyc documents in the right format almost 3-4 times a day. My package is getting delayed every single day and this is not done. There’s nobody to contact and the mails are also not being responded properly. this is must be a joke. i can’t do this all day everyday. please have my product delivered
