Aramex Couriers — Complaint about shipment | |||
Aramex has a very poor service. The company has my phone number and shipment address on file, however the company sent my shipment to a city 500 KM. I went to Aramex store and informed a staff member about my issues with my shipment. The staff member told me he sent internal memo to correct the situation. I then received a message saying to pick up my shipment at the wrong city - 500 KM away. I call the 800 number, and spoke with a representative and he confirmed that the company has my correct address. And he asked me to go online and give directions to the the correct address. I then asked him to arrange for my shipment to be shipped to my correct address. The staff was not in a mood to help. I was left with a feeling that my shipment may never be sent to my home.
