Aramex Couriers — Continuous rejection of KYC form due to mismatch of delivery address

Address:A-248 Mahipalpur Extension, NH-8 Gurgaon-Delhi Road, NH-8 Gurgaon-Delhi Road

I had ordered 2 pair of shoes from Nike which is presently stucked in custom clearance since i am not been able to provide the delivery address proof.
I have ordered at my office address and has put a sub name (Häcker Kitchens) for my company instead of the exact name (Kanu Kitchen Kulture) while ordering howevere the rest of the address is correct and matches with my order details.
I have submitted the KYC thrice by attaching all relevant identity proofs along with my company salary slips, visiting card etc. as an address proof.
