I have ordered my package through nike and it was stuck in custom clearance. I have submitted my documents several time and each time they have rejected it stating that my documents address is not matched with delievery address. They have mentioned the option to submit additional documents if the address on kyc documents are not matched with billing address. I am tired of attaching my additional documents to that field like rent agreement and hostel card. Please assist to get my order ASAP as i have already made the payment and still did not received my package
