I send roughly 700 parcels per year via Aramex dropbox and this past year we are constantly struggling to reach them. The service is usually not to bad with about a 1% complaint rate from our clients, but when there is a complaint which I have had 3 of this past week it is a nightmare. The Aramex website constantly does not want to load our support tickets and since yesterday they have implemented a new security captcha system which now does not submit ANY queries, support requests etc. We can also not reach them via their customer support email and the phone lines are constantly so busy that it takes hours to reach them.
My clients can not reach Aramex and the Aramex website does not load any support tickets. We are getting daily complaints now regarding this. Was this information helpful? |
