My package is stuck in Indore due to customs issue. I have received calls from the company saying "you have been getting messages regarding where to upload your new KYC documents, " which is a bare-faced lie. You cannot call back the same numbers, nor is there any way to contact a human and ask for support. I am sitting here, with expensive items stuck at customs, all because Aramex does not deem it necessary that customers contact them. I uploaded new KYC documents on Amazon (where I ordered in the first place) but still no avail.
