I’ve always heard so many complaints regarding how slow aramex is and how long you guys take to deliver parcels. Unfortunately I had no choice because the SHEIN uses aramex for as their courier service. My order was placed and shipped form China on the 22nd of November and arrived in South Africa on the 7th of December…..Customs only contacted me on the 10th of December and made a request for payment and I did the payment the next day. Now it’s been 8 days later and I still haven’t received my parcel, mind you my friend made an order way later than mine on SHEIN and she received it last week .
I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied with your service. When I keep trying the call centre I get told “you will receive the parcel the next day” and when I track it online there hasn’t been any movement or update for a few days now. I’ve always heard people complain about your service and I would just listen but now I can also write a review on my poor experience from your company Was this information helpful? |
