I had placed an order on the Nike App on 13/07/2022 I was able to track my order until 21/07/2022 however after that I am unable to track my package. I raised a request with Aramex. And they told me that my shipment is in Mumbai. On the 23/07/2022 I received a call from Aramex asking if my package was delivered. I told them I haven’t received anything yet. The person on the other line told me that their local delivery partner has told them that they have already delivered the package. Upon knowing that I started to panic because that package was expensive, so I contacted Aramex via twitter who told me that my package is in their Mumbai offices. With no update what exactly has happened with my package and zero clarity from Aramex I am here to formally register a complaint

Aramex Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Unfortunately no Aramex has given my package to a 3rd party delivery service called Tej Courier. I spoke to them and they have no clue weather they have received my package or not. According to Aramex they should deliver it in 24 to 72 hours as of 22/07/2022. But still nothing yet.
