Rude Delivery Guy and Wrong address
The delivery guy was so rude and he hang up the phone while Im still talking. Someone called me from the call center and ask my delivery address i give the correct location but the delivery guy went to the wrong address. you guys wasted my time waiting. You should be more i detail next time and teach your delivery personnel how to deal with customer. he should be put under training how to do his job properly.
