I had called Aramex customer service Team every day about my parcel had been held at Western Australian depot since 21/12/2021 almost 1 month. Three different customer service given me the ticket as reference number 5486193 and said will send me an email for clarification, but I don’t receive anything after I hang the phone. So date by date gone past there is no email or anything from Aramex customer service Team. I was so disappointed and called them every day and exactly same answer as we will follow up and send you email. I asked to speak to their supervisor or manager they just don’t answer and hang up on me. This is the worst courier company that I ever have to deal with. So please I really need to receive my parcel and will not or ever have to deal with Aramex courier again in the future.

Updated by [email protected] I called again to Aramex customer service team wait for an hour to get an update email send to me that they actually follow up with my parcel still haven’t been deliver since 21/12/2021 at Perth WA depot.
