Aramex Couriers — improper details furnished on my custom declaration form & custom duty invoices | |||||
Appreciate the quick delivery service of the Aramex company, I received my parcel today (i.e. 5th Dec 2018) AWB no: [protected], On receipt of a sms from the Aramex company on 27th Nov 2018 for furnishing my KYC details, wherein on the same day I submitted my PAN Details, GST details, Aadhar details along with its jpeg images, despite all this, I received my package with a Tax Invoice from Aramex Company as well as my Custom Tax paid Invoice without my GST details and with a wrong PAN details. Now I cannot even claim the IGST charged on my Invoices. I am a proprietor and have my GST registered on my name, on complaining to the Aramex customer support today, I was initially misguided that because its an individual we do not mention GST no. On my argument they finally agreed to take my complaint with my email id and mobile nos, and said that they are forwarding my complaint to the accounts department, who will correct the errors in next 24 hours, but failed to receive any complaint request code neither any confirmation on my email or mobile for the same even after 8 hours. Now even after paying their service charge for custom clearance and submitting my KYC well in advance I fail to understand such negligence from such internationally working company which was not expected.
