Aramex Couriers — international shipment not cleared | |
Dear mr. Madhav / joseph, Aramex awb# [protected]. Since 20th of september, i am following up with you to get the shipment cleared through aramex & have provided all the kyc documents on 22nd of september. Kyc documents were not required if the shipment was to be cleared through our own cha. Today, after 15 days of my constant emails & reminders (To which you have not bothered to reply even once), you are asking whose cha to use?? This is absolute incompetence on part of aramex clearing team who has not bothered to clear the shipment or even reply after 15 days.
