Aramex Couriers — KYC address issue at customs clearance

Dear Sir/Madam
My Shipment Tracking Number : [protected] from Nike is being rejected and held in Customs due to: "Delivery Address does not match with provided KYC". I have submitted all the proper documents but it is getting rejected because the delivery address and address on my ID is different because I mentioned the place where I study and all my ID has the address where I live permanently and not where I am studying. And I currently don't have the proof for the place I am residing at.
I have uploaded my documents multiple times but it keeps getting rejected.
Sir/Madam, if you could kindly solve my issue so I can get my package.

hey dude, upload your student id card along with fees, both of it should be cropped in the first page, took me a few attempts but finally they approved of my kyc
