Aramex Couriers — Kyc address reject

I ordered shoes from nike app with aramex bill [protected]. It states that if you have a different shipping address than your doc than you need to provide a proof of address. Which i did in the form of a hotel booking receipt as i ordered while i was on a vacation in srinagar. Now they have told me that my kyc is rejected and my shipment will not clear. I can't extend my stay beyond 31st july and wait for delivery. I have provided them my adhar and pan card and hotel booking receipt. They have no customer care no listed and no real person helps you out. Only bots. Either help me get it delivered to my hotel address on time or to my permanent address
