Shipment no. [protected] is not being delivered and awaiting KYC clearance. Have submitted the required documents at least 6 times over the last few days. The KYC team keeps rejecting stating name mismatch. Where as all documents have the same name letter by letter. Have followed up with chat support, email and phone. No responses on resolution and everyday calls are sent to upload the documents all over again.
Who is looking into the KYC process at Aramex? Such sub par services and delay in their work coupled with no information.
The tracking page shows customer KYC dcument required which is submitted so many times and is still not cleared.
