Currently I am a civil servant and therefore my place is posting changes every now and then. With Aramex, i tried to explain it to them the same and i also provided my official id signed by the Deputy Commissioner but to no avail. I have not received a single reply when raising a ticket on their website. I also submitted my residence LPG connection receipt in vain. I want that they either get my product delivered or change the delivery address if they can not still accept the current delivery address.
