Aramex Couriers — KYC document verification

Hey, I had ordered a Nike shoes online and it needs a kyc document that mentions my delivery address. The delivery address is a new place that we are renting and hence the verification is getting failed everytime I try to upload the documents. Please resolve it and deliver the shoes asap
